Emailed Capita on January 6th about a delam/top sheet issue on a brand new board I bought from zumiez. It was a factory issue because the board was completely sealed from zumiez in plastic and no damage to packing etc. I gave up waiting on a response from Capita after a few days and just road it as is before the season ends. I finally get an email from C3 on Monday January 25th. They don’t know what the issue is based on photos. I explain the issue further only to be told sorry it isn’t a warranty issue, return it to zumiez. It was the last asymulator zumiez had and it was not their issue. If I had received an email from them within days not weeks I would’ve returned it but I thought their customer service would be comparable to Mervin. Needless to say this is the last Capita board I’ll be purchasing. I made the switch in 2012 with an Outdoor Living. Never had issues with the board, this asym feels like a vinyl sticker top sheet and now because of a QA issue my board is susceptible to delam from moisture. I’ll pay to repair it myself I guess. Also, back to Burton Cartels. Mervin/Burton, I’m coming home to the companies with amazing customer service and boards/bindings.

I truly think when companies do things the right way they should get the props as well. Bought a set of large demo 20/21 Falcors from C3. The ones that showed up were mediums in a large box, called them and they made it right sending me larges with a turn around of two day from when I sent medium ones back to got the new ones.

I have some Union Force bindings. Love them, they are my favorite. I lost one of the gas petal screw up in Crystal Mountain when I was trying to tighten my bindings to my board near one of the lifts. The screw fell into the snow and I spent 20 minutes trying to find it. I was super bummed. I emailed Union warranty and they helped me right away with a replacement screw. Back to boarding with all my screws within a week of losing my screw! The Union customer service rep provided prompt responses and great service! Will continue to buy Union and recommend this brand to friends. Keep up the great work!

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The staff was super helpful in replacing my narrow-fitting bindings for something that worked for my boots, free of charge. The showroom/retail shop is sleek and well put together. Glad to see that shops like these still exist in our world of online sales.

Dope company. Customer support was prime. I busted out some of the mechanics in my Union bindings and two days later got new parts from them under warrenty. Easy fix, fast results. Very satisfied.

Great company to work with. Super friendly customer support and they stand behind their brands: COAL, CAPiTA, UNION. I wrecked a binding and they handled it for me under warranty, which means a lot because Im not exactly flush with cash right now.
