I had to deal with a deadbeat tenant...By the name of Lynnett L Ryser. She is a pathological liar and has committed waste at several homes where she was a tenant. She gave false references. By doing computer forensics I found out the real story.No one had the courage to take her to court. I did with Mike Graham‘s help. She’s a total dirtbag.We received two evictions and a court order for her to leave. A liberal judgr who was a family law judge not a landlord tenant judge overturned the eviction.. but signed the orders giving a date for her to move out.Naturally she did not move out on that date. But we did get her out!Mike went above and beyond the call of duty I highly recommend this service process company. He did everything by the book. It is getting easier for deadbeat tenants in Pierce County. Do not rent to section 8 tenants unless you have references in writing with a complete background check and a good credit rating. Yes we did find a crack pipe during cleanup...You need a hardcore service processor to deal with people like this. Thank you KKWT for a job well done!

We hired Mike to do a simple service of documents for a MV accident. He attempted on the first addresses we supplied then once a more recent address for the DEFS was supplied he never responded to any emails when we were looking for updates. We have requested updates 4 times over the past month. He defaulted on the communication aspect with us, and for this we had to find someone else to do the last half of the job. I do not recommend this service if you are big on communication.

Hired to deliver service in a small claims case, Mike never succeeded in delivery after multiple attempts accordingly. Then we reached out, and he forgot he was going to do it, and was generally unresponsive. He told us he camped outside the house for hours but couldn’t get the job done. We gave the job to some young guy who knew that in our case it could just be served to anybody at the address. We won the case but it needed to be delayed for months since Mike either did not know or chose not to serve someone at the address. There are probably better people for the job considering this caused months of delay.
