We bought first 1 then 9 mac mini security mounts from Tryten. As the previous reviewer noted, once we had placed the order we received an email saying the items had been put on a back order of 30 days (no mention at any point before that they werent in stock). This happened both times we ordered, but we were not in a rush for them so it was ok. The first mount came with countersunk screws, which worked fine. The next 9 came with raised headed screws which, when in place, meant the mac minis did not fit into the mounts. This made them completely unfit for purpose. We tried several times by email to raise this with Tryten with no response. Also tried the UK phone line, which is a joke! Most of the time theres a recorded message and it just cuts you off. If you manage to hit it at a time when this doesnt happen theres a recorded message saying the offices are now closed (during daytime on weekdays!) and gives 2 ways to leave a message.With the right screws the mounts work fine. Just a shame their customer service is abysmal.

Tryten gave me what I wanted when I wanted it. I wanted a secure yet attractive design for my mac minis. Their Mac mini enclosures work perfectly. I would highly suggest this product.

Total bunch of crooks - just ordered some iPad security cables - the confirmation email said no credit card charge until items shipped.The items have not been shipped and yet my card has been charged. No reply on any of their phone-linesDo NOT buy from this company.
