Terrible. We left this platform about 2.5 years ago for hosting our website, but they still managed our email until 14 months ago. They were okay (3 stars) when they were Adhost. Tierpoint sucks. Horrible customer service. Our final move was prompted by an email outage that lasted over a week, with no sense of urgency from Tierpoint. We were told that we should take our business elsewhere (so, we did) because they werent interested in being an email provider. They were happy to take our money when things were working, but kicked us to the curb when it became necessary to actually earn that money. Hire them at your peril.

Seattle Tierpoint is one of the worst hosting companies around. Worse then Bluehost by far. They rip you off charging 12X what anyone else does. There is no customer support. There is NO tech support. Our servers are constantly down. Our emails are constantly down. Stay away from these guys. I will be moving all 3 of my sites to a new platform very quickly.

As the sole technology person at a company offering a 24/7 video training subscriptions online I rely on Adhost to keep my site up and running smoothly. They respond quickly to my technical support requests and follow through each time.
