These guys are amazing! When my MacBook shut down, I was referred by Apple to these guys. I took my laptop in with little hope for restoration, and they made it like new. They were fast, friendly, and professional, and all around great people to work with. David and Jacob handled my account and I couldnt be happier. I wish every transaction was like the one I just experienced with Computer Care in Seattle. I took my grandsons cell phone in to have the battery changed. My interaction with Jacob was excellent in every regard. Entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. This was my second experiencee with Computer Care as I took my personal cell phone in for repair/battery replacement a couple years ago. I recommend Computer Care without any qualification.

Thank you ComputerCare for helping me fix my Apple iPhone X this week. Of course my phone broke on a Monday morning and ComputerCare was able to fix my phone quickly to get me back on track with my workday. Ill certainly recommend them moving forward.

These guys are amazing! Super nice, professional, and true lifesavers. Heres what they repaired:An entire water bottle spilled inside my waterproof messenger bag pooling around a new macbook pro and sitting in it for about 20 mins. And this was just days over the 90-day warranty!I tried to air it out as best I could, but the entire screen was filled with water and I was sure the water had also gotten under the keys and into the hardware to fry the entire computer.I took it into ComputerCare expecting the worst. They took it for a few days, taking the entire machine apart to dry it and run it through every system check they could to make sure the water didnt ruin any of the hardware. They also aired out the screen.When I returned, they handed me my computer, I opened it up, and the only damage is a tiny, 3 mm circle, or water damage to the screen. So pretty much brand new!!!I love these guys. Thank you, ComputerCare!

Great service they honor Apples limited warranty and Apple Care Plus, my husband broke his computer screen mine stopped working and I was out of warranty they found a recall for my issue, and my husband only had to pay $99.00 for his cracked display what a deal and such a quick turn around time5 Stars Exceptional Customer Service. We were back to work in no time.

I foolishly let my iPhone’s battery capacity diminish to 55% & pressed my luck for close to a yr before it gave out. I’m such a putz, I’d also never backed up my phone. I’m a independent contractor - all my business is in my phone, when this happened, I wasn’t able to work @ all. I called Apple, phone was in such a bad state, I woulda had to send it back to Apple & doing so, woulda lost all my data. Apple said they authorize Computer Care for repair work but, in doing a diagnostic, I was informed my phone was likely, beyond repair as a diminished battery wears down the phone. COVID times make a visit to the Apple store limited, so Apple instructed to take my phone to Computer Cate so they could send it to Apple. After explaining my sad, fukakte situation to Jacob @ Computer Care, he went above & beyond to help me!! With his dedication to his work & his genius mind, Jacob was able to pull my complete data fr a lifeless phone. We all know how scary it is to be w/out our phone in this technological world but, when your entire livelihood is via your phone & you can’t access it, life literally stops. Jacob didn’t just fix my phone, he literally saved me. I couldn’t more highly, recommend Computer Care!!

They were able to resolve my issues, I learned alot about ensuring your backups are up to date especially with these newer models. I lost my data but in the end I got a working computer again, The technicians really went above and beyond for me especially during these difficult times. Great service! Went in with an older dead Macbook Pro that was on a restart loop when plugged in and wouldnt turn on when plugged in. Jacob + team did a quick diagnostic with a walk in appoint, determined it was a battery expansion issue within 15 minutes.He also checked that my laptop was under warranty despite it being old (luckily it was) so the cost was free to me. Additionally noticed my screen was recalled and replaced too - all within 3 days.Thank you for the quick diagnosis and parts replacement!

Had to get a new battery for iPhone 6. This is Apple certified and they are just fantastic. Such nice customer service and charge was the $29 Apple promises.......unlike some other vendors out there who purport to be certified! Wish I could bring more service here & eat next door more often!

With both a messed up MacBook pro and then, a few weeks later, a messed up IPhone situation, the team at ComputerCare (most specifically Jacob the lead technician) went entirely above and beyond the call of duty to not only fix my machine, but to ensure that none of my data was lost. These guys are amazing.

3 day turnaround and fixed my mac for free (under warranty). Very nice guys. Way better experience than Ive had with Apple Stored.

What phenomenal, friendly customer service!

I came in to get my iphone battery replaced. Done in about an hour for the expected $30 and they were very friendly. The Apple store wouldnt tell me over the phone if the batteries were in stock but this place had no problem answering a simple question over the phone and I would definitely recommend it.

These folks were able to help me with replacing my broken screen in one day, when the apple store was going to need to keep it overnight. They were super friendly and emailed me right away when my phone was fixed.

Excellent customer service. I brought my MacBook in for a diagnostic. They were very thorough. They found nothing wrong with the laptop and did not charge me! These are people you can trust with your computer repairs.

Did a quick little stop at this place. Just a quick stop for a price. Most people just replace the phone once the screen breaks. It’s really cheaper just buying a glass to repair it; of course the older the phone the cheaper the price and the newer the phone The more expensive it is In some cases.

I ended up needing to go to the apple store after all for the fix - they said it was too complicated for them. I appreciate the professionalism but I wish they had the qualifications to do all of the repairs.

Pros: staff is nice and they dont charge for a diagnosisCons: they told me my computer would be diagnosed with a quote within 24 hours. It took 5 days, and two phone calls from me to get this information. They gave me a quote that was way more than the Apple store. I originally asked them to get my files off my hard drive, and they said my computer was so damaged that it wasnt possible. I was about to send off my laptop to Drive Savers as they suggested, but luckily my friend was able to remove my hard drive, plug it into another computer and save ALL my files. I dont even think they tried to remove my hard drive. Super disappointing since I was under the impression my hard drive needed to be sent to Drive Savers and shell out a lot of money for them to save all my files.

I went to an Apple Store because my MacBook Pro wouldnt start up. They said the logic board had to be replaced and the data would be deleted off the computer because of this. They referred me to their partner for data recovery which would be an additional fee. The replacement part was around $600. I came here to ComputerCare and they replaced the logic board for free! They found a program by Apple that my computer qualified for and finished the repair in 1 day. Of course this wont happen for everyone, but I appreciated them finding the program and also the speed of fixing the computer and responding.

I replaced my battery here with my iPhone, the workspace is big and people are very nice and things went smoothly.

Jacob went above and beyond to help me out with my MacBook Pro. I’ll be coming back for all future computer related help.

Good service. My issues were addressed.

Just know that when they say itll be 3-5 days for completion and well keep you updated on progress what they actually mean is itll be more than a week and we wont give you any updates unless you call us first not satisfied.
