I am in the real estate business. After listening to my needs, Fidelis set me up with a 2 computer screen system that allows me to both search for properties and communicate with clients. In addition they provide me with tight security, protecting me from hackers. If I have PC work stoppage issues I can call them and they fix things remotely. Fidelis Communications helped me with my macbook when it stopped working. I initially talked to William who got me set up with one of the techs, Tim. Both William and Tim worked diligently to get my macbook fixed and back to me as soon as possible. They also communicated very well, giving me updates on the computer frequently. After a recommendation from Comcast to purchase my own modem to remove the rental fees from our bill - I went and purchased one. I hooked it up and thought that was that. Well after 20 minutes on with Comcast saying that its the modems problem - I called the modems technical support. My home office was previously wired CAT6 by the team at Fidelis, but I could only get connection to one of the four drops in our office. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with the modem company and she kept repeating the same script - basically its not our problem. I got Chris R. on the phone and within 5 minutes of simple google searches he determined my problem was I didnt have a router!! He tirelessly helped me get a router connected, with our switches and then ensured our Aruba access point was working! I am so thankful for Chris R and his tensity in getting us back up and running!
