Easy and Cheap. Pick ups and Drop offs went most smoothly with these folks. No nice office to hang out in and get coffee while waiting but that didnt matter. Waiting in the car was just fine and they drive up right to your car

First time using this business but, the driver was right there and kind. Very helpful and gave tickets to remind us where we parked.

I have parked at Doug Fox exclusively for years and today was very disappointed and shocked to step into a shuttle bus and the driver was not masked despite your stated policy that drivers will be masked. The driver’s mask was hanging on the steering wheel while all the passengers that boarded were masked.

Always a great experience with these guys, they are always on time and booking with them is very easy. I always pre pay online and Doug Fox is very good about being up to date and knowing how to deal with that (I know it sounds weird but there are some parking places in the area that look at you weird when you say you pre paid). Over all great place and I feel comfortable leaving my car here.

Most excellent service!! Very polite staff allowed me to park so I wouldnt be towed or in an accident. I assume I was charged the normal price, but it was cheaper than auto damages, a ticket or a tow.

As others said in their reviews, this place is quick, easy, convenient, and the service is friendly. The shuttle will pick you up from your car and drop you back off at it. The place is secure with barbed wire perimeter and theres only one entrance, so you need not worry about the safety of your car. Booking online and prepaying is highly recommended! Great place!

Great service. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was barely even out of my car before the shuttle was there waiting to pick me up. When I got back to SeaTac they were there in minutes. Friendly staff. I just reserved again today for another trip!

Fast, easy, convenient. Cheap to moderate pricing about $12 a day. Did a reservation online for 10% discount, saved receipt to phone Apple wallet. Their process is insane efficient. Arrived and grabbed a gate ticket to keep in car. Shuttle is waiting nearby, follows you to pick you up directly from your spot and takes you to airport. Driver gives you a business card and spot receipt. On return, call the number for island 1 or 3 pickup via auto system on phone. Wave the shuttle once you see it, give back spot receipt, get back to car, show your online reservation and ticket at the gate, GOOD TO GO! I would no doubt come back because 4 days stay earned me one free one on my account!

Doug Fox parking is ez and convenient. Parking employees are alway courteous and helpful. We travel every week and have tried all the other parking lots and none of the others even come close!

This place is the best. They let you park your own car, and dont ever tell you it is valet only because of how full it is... They pick you up immediately right at your car. The shuttle trip both to and from the airport is (I think) the shortest of anywhere. I have found my go to place. -THANKS!!

Not really happy with our attendant or there system. They said there wasnt a way to look up our pre payment without a x-digit transaction confirmation. Grumpy attendant!

I’ve used Doug fox consistently for the last three years and for the first couple of year everything was great. The last few months though it’s been 15-20 minutes minimum waiting for a pick up. Tonight after 15 minutes the van was full and waived me off. Not sure if others are better but time to try. The drivers are all really friendly though and top notch, just need to send the shuttles around more often

Ive tried many airport parking lots for travel, and Doug Fox has been the easiest and most convenient by far. Immediately after parking, I was shuttled to the airport, and when I returned, I waited approximately 6 minutes before I was taken back to my vehicle. Drivers are courteous and attentive, I highly recommend.

My favourite place to park at SeaTac airport. Quick pickups and drop off right at your car and near the arrival gates. Always helpful and friendly drivers. The points club is a nice perk too.

All employees were very helpful, and parking is excellent and drop-off and pick-up are quick and first rate, and I will be back.

I like this lot. You drive in and park your own car. You keep you keys. No valet banging your car door, moving your seat position or driving it like a maniac. Unload your luggage and wait by your car where drives up and you get in. My only complaint is I prepaid and upon exit that tried to charge me again. This is why I print off two copies of receipts when I travel so I can hand them a hard copy, gets things straightened out fast. They cost a little more than the others, but I prefer them

We parked and were immediately met by the shuttle. The driver was very friendly, and the ride was a lot shorter than expected - this facility is VERY convenient to the airport. We had prepaid online in order to save money, and when our flight got cancelled, we thought we might be out of luck on getting a refund (we paid for 4 nights and ended up spending only about 6 hours in total at the airport). They were very courteous and gave us a refund of the difference. We will definitely use them again!

Something has happened to a once great parking spot. Beyond keeping my car safe, about the only thing I ask of a parking service is timely pickup at the airport after a long flight. Each of the last three times Ive used Doug Fox, Ive waited more than 15 minutes after making the call. It is a less than 2 minute drive. Frustrating and unacceptable to see three of the competitions shuttles go by while Im waiting. I like the self park tho.

Ok price—the military discount ended up being the same price as paying online in advance, but no one could tell me this ahead of time! I was confused when I first pulled in because there’s no one there to direct you to where to park. You simply circle until you find a spot, then wait for a shuttle. But the drivers were really nice, and the pick up at the airport was fast.

I travel a lot for my work and i have always parked at Doug fox. I have never had a bad experience with them. I have always received stellar customer service from this company.Quick shuttle pick up from the parking lot and from the airport. They also have a loyalty program which i make use of to park my car when i go on personal trips. I highly recommend them.

Good for the most part. Sometimes have to wait 20 mins to be picked up when not busy. And one of the drivers is rude and has no clue what there doing. I hate being on his shuttle.

Was very impressed by the service here. Shortly after entering the parking lot, the shuttle bus followed us to our parking spot and picked us up. On the short ride to the airport the driver handed us a card to give to the return driver to drop us off right at our vehicle. Complimentary on board water was an added bonus. Definitely started and ended our vacation well and we will definitely be using Doug Fox on our next trip.

I park here every time I travel from SeaTac. This last time the shuttle was at my bumper before i even got out of my car! Great service always.

Overall, its good, but for the past few times Ive parked here, Ive had to walk to the entrance from the back of the parking lot to get picked up. Then, waiting about 20 minutes in the terminal after I call to get picked up. About 6 months ago, Doug Fox was right there to meet me at my car when I parked, and then at the terminal within 5 minutes. Dont know what happened...

This makes it so easy , just have people call your cell after they have their bags , your there in 3 minutes !

We used Doug Fox parking in October and we were very happy with our experience. I had not tried an offsite parking service before, and had always opted to park in Seatacs parking garage. The customer service was excellent and shuttle was extremely fast, both going to Seatac and taking us back to our car. I also appreciated the prepay and save option. Highly recommend!

I have always used Doug Fox but after Sunday night I will be rethinking where I park. I called 5 times and used the website once to get picked up. After waiting 45 minutes Tues I took a taxi to the lot. The person in the booth letting the bus driver know there was a pickup was asleep.

These guys are always top notch, the drivers are helpful and the lot is safe and well lit. They always help with your luggage and wait to make sure you get into your car.

On busy pick up it can be hard to catch a bus. had to wait 2 busses before being able to get on.

We were waitng for one hour at the airport to get to the parking. Three buses passed, none of them opened a door claiming they are full while they were not. We literally had to stand in the middle of the road to make buses stop. All drivers were rude and did not open a door though they saw that we are with kids and it was after 11pm already. i would highly recommend to avoid this parking. There are other good options around sea tac.

Decent price, but dont be in a hurry. They arent good at spacing their shuttles. Waited 20 minutes, politely queued although people in front of us had been waiting less, then shocked when the driver told us it was full. Made us wait another 10 minutes for the next shuttle. Very frustrating when traveling with small children and arriving in the evening. At least they were polite about it.

The parking was acceptable. The shuttle service to the airport was quick, and the driver was friendly. However, the shuttle service from the airport was scattered, and we did have one shuttle drive right past us.

Normally have decent service but when they fail they make it epic. Waited 20 minutes the first time for the shuttle bus to drive around and the advice from the machine was to wave down the driver with the new automated system. When the driver did come, he waved at us to acknowledge, then kept driving. My husband chased him down to get his attention, when the driver did finally stop the vehicle, he did not open the door and did a vague hand gesture to suggest the vehicle was already full. We park at Doug Fox because even though they are expensive theyre proximity should make them quick. We saw Wally parking drive by three times in the time it took for the FIRST pass of the shuttle bus and Jiffy twice. Not worth the money!

First time parking at Seatac. Decided to drive to the airport and although I was parked for a handful of days, it was still cheaper than taking an Uber. Quick pick-up and drop-offs, would use again.

Never had any problems with Doug Fox. I travel often and this is now my go-to lot when Im leaving a vehicle at the airport.

Will not use again as we waited outside in cold weather for over 35 minutes. Kept saying a bus was on the way.

Way overpriced. Lied to me about the AAA discount. They dont do it anymore but said they did when I came in. Only go here if you have a corporate discount, though even then I think Id skip because of the terrible treatment. At the rack rate you might as well park in the connected airport parking.
