I just had the worst experience of my life! The guy working front desk (Andres M. ) was terrible! I will never come back to this Labcorp ever again!

This location does not honor their hours listed. On Saturday they close early. I can’t to this location at 11:45pm and the door was locked. No one was there. Saturday their listed hours are 8am- 12pm.As I was there well before 12pm but the location was closet. Management needs to address this. As it’s a huge inconvenience.Manage to needs to pay more attention to staff and hours the listed Business hours

Every time Ive come here, (3 times in the past 5 months) my experience has been very quick. The staff are very courteous and they know what theyre doing. Im never in for more than 20 minutes! Overall, I would recommend 👌

The staff are very nice and helpful. Ive had to get a lot of blood work done recently and always walk in (no appointment) and have always been in and out in less than 30 minutes. After 3pm its much slower so no line or wait.

I am legally blind and using the tablet is a little hard when checking in but generally my husband and I get fast, quick painless service

I used to really like coming here because I got seen fast. But now they installed a “Express” check out and there is nothing ‘express’ about it. People have a hard time using the tablet. Big lines and wait times.

Horrible service, mainly due to “Labcorp Express,” where customers are serviced by a stupid and slow computer. I am a successful business owner, and have master of science degrees in computer science and business, so I know what I am talking about. This is not a function that a computer should be used for. It may work sometimes, but not all the time. When it does not work, the outcome is catastrophic. Also, expect very long delays, even if you have a scheduled appointment. Such a shame; I used to come to Labcorp on Fremont Street and walk right in.

My wife is expecting and she was fasting 12 hours for this test. After taking some blood at 9:45 she had to drink a solution and they took blood at they said come back in 1 hour (10:45) so they can take some blood again. My kids and my wife came back exactly at 9:48.They canceled the test saying that we were 10 minutes late (horrible math there) and come back tomorrow and start over again.

I have been to LabCorp-Seaside twice now. One Time with an appointment and once without an appointment. Both times they were prompt, professional and courteous. I was in and out within 20 minutes on both occasions. No confusion, rudeness or BS like I encountered at Quest Diagnostics. LabCorp is the place to go.

I went to labcorp early in the morning and the receptionist asked me to sign in so I did, sat down, and waited while I was waiting their was other people coming in and they were going in so I asked the receptionist after an hour later why everyone was going in and I wasnt and she said it was because they had an appointment. My question is why didnt she ask me if I had an appointment? I always walk in and get my lab test done and I didnt know I needed an appointment. I waisted an hour of my time and it was not a good service.

I mean if you guys have a line outside at 7:30 while its freezing, theres people in the building who come earlier then when you open at 8 why not let people in the waiting room?
