The people here are very nice and I have a pleasant experience every time I come here. I come here about 3-4 times a month and from the beginning to now they are still very nice and I never have a problem! Highly recommend coming here if you need something shipped. This is my only spot in town that I would go or recommend!

Theyre on point, never had a problem. All the workers are very nice .some of the most populated people I ever met in my life. They will give you the best deal to get your package to where it needs to go. Highly recommend them

Our team is in PostNet daily. Literally, every single day, at least once a day, were in there picking up our deliveries, dropping things off to be sent out, or having things notarized. Every single time one of us walks in, were greeted with a smile and have the fastest service anywhere in town, in and out within seconds.I knew from the start that Matt and the team there were going to be a good fit when I told Matt our circumstances, the options I thought we had, and which option I was planning on going (the middle priced option). Since all options required the same amount of work from everyones side, Matt recommended the most cost effective option to save me the most amount of money while delivering the needed services. Sarah even went above and beyond to learn the specifics of what we were looking for and helped us plan a course of action to allow our business to be the most productive.We contract with 15 total centers similar to PostNet Scranton across the country. PostNet Scranton sees by far the least revenue for the most amount of business out of any of them, yet, PostNet Scranton has never once disappointed me (or caused me to send one of my notorious This needs to not happen again emails) ever. With PostNet being one of our most crucial business partners, that is incredible.Despite our enormous FedEx spend (we spend without a doubt at least 60x more with FedEx than we do with PostNet monthly), they refuse to actually learn how to deliver to our office. Anytime a delivery is lost, it can cost us hundreds if not thousands of dollars and isnt insurable. So while were forced to use PostNet to ensure we actually get our deliveries, we all agree well continue using them as long as were in Scranton because the value, service, and quality is second to none.

For me this place is perfect I have alot of incoming and outgoing packages, and they are so much faster than the post office. I really like it here and just want to say thanks.I was waiting up to 45 minutes at the actual post office, this place your in and out, and its just a way better atmosphere.

Diverted a signature-required FedEx package to here because it was easier than getting our FedEx driver to ring our doorbell. Friendly staff, easy in and out location.
