I took my laundry there and dropped it off to be washed, dried, and folded. The cost was $1.00 per pound. Prices are great and the staff is SO friendly and courteous. I would rate it higher than 5 stars if it was an option, especially for the customer service. I definitely will be going back!

Dropping off king size blankets to be washed and fold paid by the pound can go do other things and allow them to wash your clothes for you but the products that they use may not be up to your standards so you may want to bring your own just so they do it your way.

I go here to get wash and fold service about every 2 weeks. Maria weighed my stuff and tried to charge me an extra $35 and after i confronted her on the price i got a little attitude. My price went from $135 to $100 when asked to reweight the bags. Still tipped her $20. Picked up my clothes got home and my girlfriend was putting clothes away. I had oil stains on 3 office work shirts and about 10 basketball shorts and multiple shirts missing thats 90% of what i wear daily shirts and basketball shorts. I call to get attitude over the phone about my service at this point i think im done with this location. Last time i came my clothes looked like someone rolled the clothes into a ball and into the bag defeats the purpose of WASH AND FOLD, and i always tip great. Try talking to owner and that goes no where.

Good place however the employee on 5/29/2021 advised me to wear my mask eventhough Im fully vaccinated. Yet she is wearing her mask on her chin and chitty chatting with regulars not wearing mask or wearing on their chin... I dont mind wearinga mask but get real if you want it to work wear it properly and dont pick and choose whom you want to wear it. employee should be reprimanded

I was on vacation & had to wash my comforter that my dog dirtied.I didnt know how to use their machines cause it takes cards (not a credit card) But a laundry card.. The attendant was very helpful & the machines worked great.

Free dry on Sunday and Saturday and healthy

I started taking my clothes to Laundry King to have them washed, dried and folded for me. The service was and is exceptional...fast, friendly and professional. They even offer pick up and delivery service. On Tuesday when they offer a special price it is VERY affordable to have their dream team do the laundry. I love the people who work there and am a HUGE fan of the place. LAUNDRY KING! WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS KING!

This laundromat is okay, sometimes its very aggravating because on the weekends its free drying however people throw their clothes into the washers or dryers and then leave. Theres only so many dryers so half the time when you go there taking up with laundry that isnt even going any longer its just sitting in it. The last time I was there it took over five hours to get my laundry completely finished from wash to dry. Another time I came in somebody was in my dryer trying to take my clothing. A lot of the machines are broken down. I got what was called bonus bucks from there because Ive spent so much money however they dont allow you to use it except on one washer machine.

Dont be fooled by its location, for 60 cents a dryer, daily specials, and a totally cashless system, It offers more than meets the eye. The snack bar, bathrooms, and reasonably priced wash/fold are also a plus. Ask the helpful attendants to guide you through what truly is a king of a service. Closes at 11PM. Last was 9:30.

They used to clean the filters on the dryers, but no more. Watch out for this or you will be drying forever.

I like a very nice place to go on a weekend to wash the very friendly lady a place that I recommend. It is a very good place to all, especially you only pay to wash and the dryer is free, more than good, it is cheap.

This is one of the best laundromats I have ever been to. It is always clean. They make sure that the machines hey fixed quickly. The prices are great. They offer snacks and drinks at great prices as well. They have a great location and a parking lot. The workers are always friendly and respectful. There is handicapped accessibility.

I visit this laundromat every other Sunday and the laundry attendant is so nice every time. Its always clean and if something is not functioning properly she comes immediately to try and rectify the problem.

This place is hit or miss. I love that you dont need quarters. Its all on a card. But dont put too much on card. They dont do refunds. Best time to go is Saturday morning as soon as they open. Do not go in the summer in the middle of the day. They wash summer camp stuff. I had king size comforters & no large dryer to dry them in. The owner was nice enough to take out the camp stuff for me to dry my comforters. The place pretty clean & there is always someone working there. They also offer drop off service. I have never tried it. But I see a lot of people using it.

Very nice. Clean and people are friendly. The lady clerk is so nice and I’m so glad there’s someone finally speaking Spanish. God knows Scranton needs the diversity !!! They also have specials on certain days. I think weekends the drying is free but they have a board that tells you. There’s also snacks you could buy. I heard it gets packed here but if you go early in the morning (before 11 am) or late at night there’s pretty much nobody. Don’t get the negative reviews

Great place! Clean, friendly staff, and located close to stores and restaurants for big trips. Discounts are helpful, especially the free drying on weekends. The facility is generally quite packed during the day time on the weekends, so be prepared to fight for a machine or wait. Better off going at night.

One of the cleanest laundry mats Ive been to. The use a card system, you put cash on cards. They have specials everyday of the week, such as all washers are 99¢, or large loads for $1.49, and every weekend is free dryers all day. The other nice things g is on weekends, including Friday nights, they are open till midnight so moms can go after bedtime!! They also have a little cafe/snack stand that has coffee, drinks, snacks, also has detergent, fabric softener, ect, that you can buy on your card!

Never come on a Sunday! No parking. People are rude. You cant even use quarters here. You have to go through the clerk for everything. My delicates are private and Id like to keep it that way. I HATED my experience and Ill never come here again. Very annoying!

The laundry I dropped off was folded perfectly and smelled good. On top of it she separated the kids clothes from mine and left a small bag of soft peppermints! 22 dollars for 22 pounds plus folded, shoot its a no brainer! Worth the 25 minute drive. 👍

They always have good deals going on, like Thurs are free drying from 8am to 3pm. Weekends are free drying also. It helps with money

The convenience of not having to carry rolls of quarters

Where do I begin? Clean and inviting place. Exterior of building a bit awkward, especially when it comes to parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall a fantastic experience. Here you dont use coins, so its even a bit more modern than traditional laundromats.

Not good. So when people decide to be selfish and leave clothes in the machines for 2 hours, the staff wont take them out causing other customers to have to wait while they lose out on business. That is the silliest thing I ever heard of. If a machine has stopped then they should take out those people clothes thats holding up the machines. So I told them well if I put clothes in 20 dryers, and decide to leave them in all day, they better not touch none of my items since that is the rules. I will make them lose out on lots of business so they can see that that rule is silly.
