No stars. Worst lab I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Place was filthy. The check in kiosks had signs on them stating they did not work when I overheard one of the workers say they did work they just didn’t want to clean them. I waited 15 minutes to see a person to check in & it took 20 MINUTES just to check in because they couldn’t figure out what kind of glucose test I needed even though I had multiple of the same test there before. Signs in the waiting room stating no cell phones yet was not enforced & I had to sit & listen to peoples phone conversations. The workers I felt with were air heads. The type of people that came in & out of there. I felt the need to go get a COVID test after I left there. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else & not a lab Corp location!!!!!

I am a hard stick. My veins like to play hide and seek, they are deep and they roll. It was my first time using Lab Corp and I was a little nervous but it was a great experience. Pam got me with the first stick and before I could believe it she was finished. I cant thank you enough for making this a positive experience, you are a first class vampire! Lol

Went for bloodwork today. I waited for about 15 mins and was called by Sandy. I had a few Doc orders (12). Sandy was very professional and nice, she made you feel comfortable. My 1st time here in the Scranton branch and I would highly recommend this place. The rest of the staff was wonderful too as I was leaving the office. I will be seeing them again next month. Thank you for a great service.

Getting my blood drawn was fine, took a little longer than the lab I normally use but it was not horrible. Getting my results was he horrible part! Had my blood drawn on a Saturday morning, was told ALL the results would be ready by Tuesday (5 days) at the latest and faxed to both doctors offices. Fast forward 10 days and it was a nightmare trying to get the results. Unable to contact my local LabCorp despite attempting 5 times, waiting and being disconnected every single time. Finally called the toll-free number only to be told that some results were still not completed. Was able to get them faxed to ONE of the doctors offices but I will need to call back at a later date (hoping the rest of the results are in) and get them faxed to the other office.WILL NEVER USE LABCORP AGAIN!

I went to get bloodwork done from two separate doctors. The employees within the facility were ANNOYED at how many tests were needed to be completed. The one woman said to the other well arent you lucky as she slapped down the pile of papers onto the desk and they both rolled their eyes as if I wasnt there. I follow the one woman to the back to have her draw my blood (which not to mention, my arm was severely bruised and bubbly after I left). I asked her to make sure that the results would be faxed to BOTH of my doctors and she annoyingly said yes. Well clearly they did not know how to do their job as only one of my doctors has received the results while the other has received NOTHING even after giving them ample time to do so. I extremely discourage anyone from going to the Lab Corp in Scranton. A TOTAL waste of time.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful! I made my appointment, checked in once I arrived, from my car. By the time I went inside they were ready to help me in a safe and effective manor

Always very friendly staff while maintaining professionalism. The wait time is typically very fast too. The new sign-in process takes quite a while (hopefully just the 1st time) but, is easy with your driver license. TIP: Be sure you have your medical ins. card.

As of this entry, It has been one full week since my lab work with no call back or email with results

DRUG SCREENS M-FR 7:00A-2:00P NO DRUG SCREENS ON SATURDAY

The ladies are great very nice but the wait is rediculous. I had routine blood work for my pregnancy and I was their from 11:52-1:19. My 6 year old whom I brought was complaining she was hungry and bored .Wish I knew, then I wouldnt have brought her with me.

I only went to this labcorp because it was the only one that accepted my insurance on the weekend. I didn’t know I could make an appointment or if I walked in it would be a long wait time. There was no sign or communication of this. I saw the sign that said to say something to the staff if you’ve been waiting for 30 mins. So after 40mins of seeing people go in who came after me, I said something. They said I had 5 people ahead of me even after waiting for 40mins because they had appointments. So I left. If this is NOT a walk-in lab like most labs then it should be communicated. If it is then they should make accommodations for walk-ins. If I had waited, they said at least another 30mins but couldn’t really say. I will never go here again and I will not recommend. There is absolutely no communication between the staff and patients. I will go in late to work one day to go to another lab than go here again. If I could give negative stars I would.

I was terrified so painful the blood draw was. Apparently to expedite the process, lady used a huge size needle, #20 I think, and every time she switched the tube, needle moved in the vein. When i asked her why they do not use butterfly, she told me it takes forever to draw blood through tiny butterfly needle. Who cares abt pain, right?

The phlebotomist is excellent no pain always gets me on the first time

My husband had an appointment and he still was taken in order. Why waste time making an appointment.

Website is vague on services offered and nobody there to call for questions except for billing.
