They tell you the cut is 29.95 with a wash. What they don’t tell you is that it’s 49.95 if you want it dried. What a rip off. I thought I received an ok haircut until I got home. It’s a train wreck. Never ever again. I can’t even pull it back because of the awful layering. I look ridiculous. I do not recommend this sham of a place.

VERY sad and disappointed to find out the company that owns this salon stopped paying the rent last summer and now all the ppl here are losing their jobs soon :-( Gio does an amazing job with her cuts and color, we wont go to anyone else. I was previously going to a different salon, but my favorite stylist moved away a few years ago and it has taken this long to find another stylist that I am truly happy with!!

Beware. $29.95 plus $3 tip.$32.95 For a simple mens haircut no shampoo. Seems they added a covid 19 charge for wiping off the armrest on the chair with rubbing alcohol. Got me once never again What a ripoff

I went in to get my barely there layers fixed and get my hair even at my shoulders and walked out with it just below my ears! Now I can’t even wear my hair up to hide the horrible cut! I wish zero stars was an option. I feel absolutely hideous!

My daughter gets her hair done here. She is young but the staff made her feel comfortable, and happy with the whole experience.

I keep going back here because the prices are reasonable and its a quick haircut without having to make an appointment. The girls who have been there a while are usually very good, but sometimes Ill get a new person who doesnt do a very good job. But for convenience I keep going back. I recommend finding a person you like and request her the next time.

The woman who cut my hair did a nice job. The three stars are because I was not offered a wash, and the clippings were not blown off my neck and head. Just a quick wipe with a towel and thats it. Customers should not be treated as just another head. Give them a good comfortable experience and they will come back.

Thursday, June 27, 2019, 8:25 PM:Literally JUST HAPPENED!I wanted to get a buzz and my hair is already short so it would have taken no more than 2 minutes. My parents and I walked in and asked the stylist if she could give me a quick buzz. She looked right at us and said No, sorry, I do not have time. I will be closing. Now, keep in mind, it was 8:25 at night...so they lost my business to the salon across the hall. While getting my hair buzzed in the other salon, an Indian guy with a fancy, Polo shirt walked in and asked for a haircut. The stylist said No, sorry, we arent taking anymore clients tonight. So then, the stylist finished my hair, we went for a soda, went to the bathroom and on our way by, we noticed her cutting the same Indian guys hair and it was 8:45 PM. 20 MINUTES LATER! 15 MINUTES TO CLOSING!I did happen to have dried paint on my clothes so because I work and Im young and wasnt dressed nice, I was discriminated against. Yet, this Indian guy with a fancy shirt on can walk right in and get cut. I know he did not have an appointment here because he was at the salon that I got my hair buzzed at right before going to Mastercuts.Incidentally, in case anybody wants to know, the salon across the hall from Mastercuts, is $5 cheaper than them for the SAME haircutWill likely NEVER go here again unless ONE person is on!

My husband tried to get a haircut. One woman washing someones hair. Never noticed us. The man in front of us got fed up and left. We waited a good 15 minutes when 2 women came back from break. One was the woman who my husband wanted his haircut by. After going back and forth about how they shouldnt have left one woman alone, we left totally fed up without him getting a haircut.

The woman started cutting my sons hair without washing it. I told her he needs a shampoon, she said thats extra, as if I cant afford it. Then when she completed the haircut, the front was so uneven & wet. I told her the hair was uneven & also to dry his hair, which took her 2 minutes to complete. Who send customers with wet hair when its cold outside. She charged me $34.00. The finished product & the attitude was NOT worth the money. I will never go there again!

It was terrible. Ive been to a lot of places to get a haircut and never gotten a bad one. She ruined my hair for prom and cut it way shorter than what I asked and didnt even do my layers correctly. Dont get your hair cut here, ever!

Im never going again. My haircut is longer on one side than the other, when I said something she told me I was wrong. I wanted an angle, theres no angle. Never again. Ruined my whole day. Now I have to pay more money to have someone else fix it
