Joe Kelly is the best in the business. He treats each car as if it were his own. Even if it’s been years since you needed body work, Joe remembers you and the work performed. Like the commercial says, after Kelly’s has worked its magic, it’s “like it never happened”.

They are quick and courteous. I have used them more than once and everytime I was very satisfied with the quality of work. The only thing that slightly annoyed me was the fact I had to wait about 3 weeks to get my vehicle in but I got over it. They are worth the wait. It just is a reflection on how good they are.

I had work done on my car in june. My car had a tree fall in it an joe told me he would take care of it and it would be done right. I then proceeded to have him do the work. When car was done it was raining so I couldn’t totally check their work so I paid him. I noticed the red dot in the passenger side and rear quarter panel had a blotchy paint job. So I went to him on two occasions for him to fix the problem because they say their work is guaranteed. He on both occasions refused to fix his shorty work and was pretty rude about it. I would tell people don’t trust this shop they are liars and do not care about their customers. The bottom line is don’t go here if u want to have a professional quality job.

Stopped in too have Joe look at a few scratches on my driver side door to get a price to have him fix it. Its a 2018 BMW that I just bought the other day. He stopped what he was doing, came over looked at it, put some buffing compound on it and it came right out! And I went to give him some money and he said No. No charge, now there is a gentleman and the reason my Father ( my he R.I.P) always take our vehicles there, well Dad always did and me too. He does impeccable work, is always polite, professional as is his staff! Will never take my vehicles anywhere other than Kellys Collison, they are the best hands down!. Worst customer service, didnt return my car on time, car front driving side strut made noise ,alignment was all out tires got damaged in 2 months had to spend additional for repairs. When I approach the owner he was not helpful became defensive and refuse to fix it.

Couldnt match the black on my Ford Edge...fender and bumper are different to the car now! Had to go back 3 times to get AC fixed (gas would leak out). After a year, the gas leaked out again and their service no longer under warranty.

Excellent service! Told them I had a deadline for when I needed my car, and they got it done! They even washed it for me, which was a very nice surprise. Would definitely come back here.

Dropped car off after hitting a deer and going through progressive. I have a very exspensive subwoofer system in my vehicle that i know what gone through and played. Might sound stupid but anyone whos reading this knows the smell of new woofers after there played. And trust me when i tell you my car stunk. Theyve been beat. I only use bluetooth for my music, i get in the car and the stereo opens on the app that openes when a cell is played on the radios through usb. Again, someone connected there phone via cable to play music on my radio. And the parts/quality of the work that was done was absolute nonsense. They dont line up, and were put back together in wrong order. The fender liner isnt even under the mud flap and it still has the damn broken mud flap on it!! I have ton of pictures i wish i can post

I would never take my car here or recommend anyone to this shop terrible work they told me it was gonna take a week ended up taking two weeks and when I got my car back the door jam on the side they painted was unfinished the hood doesnt line up properly and the door they put a new skin on was never put on right either because the window leaks thanks to them it was a 2015 red mustang with black raceing stripes dont use this shop for your cars sake.

They did work on my car that was horrible . The fender did not fit . It was not aligned correctly . I had to take it back 2 times . I popped the hood a week later to add windshield wiper fluid and half of the bolds were not put back on the car . The work they did was horrible ! I would not recommend this place to anyone !

This people are so rude....paint job is even horrible....after few months paint comes of form you car...when you tell them ...they dont wanna listen...the answer is y hit something with your car..any one can see that there is no hit scratch or marks of the car ....so plz think abut if u go over there...
