I dont know if there has been a change from the past (reviews), however my recruiter Ali was amazing I really feel like she tried to find me a place that worked well with my goals. She made sure to follow - up and stay in contact to see how things were going or address any questions and concerns, and she responded very promptly to any requests.I have used other staffing companies in the past, and I believe that this has been one of the best Ive used, or at the very least has a recruiter that truly cares to help find the job or right fit.

I refused a job and accepted a higher paying job and when I tried to get a second job through them Julie said I had too much experience and that she was sorry

I worked at a Behavioral Health Clinic where Medix sent me in 2019 and 2020. My recruiter gave me misinformation from day 1 when he interviewed me. When I asked questions he did not like he did not answer m questions. He told me I had to start on a certain day and that was mandatory. He said I had no time off and did not care that I became very ill and needed time off. The clinic was willing to work with me. The clinic did not provide much training for the position and my recruiter did not advocate for me. He continued to give misinformation and even lied to me and even shouted or talked over me. I have been contacted by other recruiters but after the initial contact they do not set up an interview. The office in my state does not appear to be open.

They hired me to do temperature screening and my first day they assured me someone would be there to help get me started. Nope, went in blind. They then proceeded to tell me that I was supposed to be filling out paperwork a week after I started. Not only that they sent me a notification telling me to go work on a Sunday morning. It’s not bad enough that I wrecked my car in the way there I got there and the site was closed and nobody was there. Worst place ever!!!

My experience with Medix Scottsdale exceeded each and every expectation I had with Medix and any previous recruiting experience ever. This experience was by far the most professional and sincere experience I have ever had in my job search of 45 years. In a word this experience was an amazing crescendo of a Broadway Performance with many standing ovations for Courtney and Peyton. I was interviewed for a job with this company that was supposedly to be around $16 and hour but nothing ever materialized, during the interview they practically told me I had the job but when I called back they said they hired someone else. After that, nothing. No follow up, no contact, no email and not even a phone call. It was like the interview never happened and I felt completely forgotten. There is no way in hell I would recommend this company to anybody. Terrible experience. Dont waste your time with this outfit. Go somewhere else! They dont even deserve the ONE star I gave them.

I happen to be looking for work and I get periodic emails from medix. I responded to a job offer paying $18-20.87 per hour and the recruiter scheduled my phone interview. After about 10 mins of talking about the job and my salary expectations, she then told me the pay was only $14.97 an hour. Definitely different from what had been advertised. The pay is shockingly low for that particular industry and job requirements.

Horrible experience. Worked with Makayla and was very transparent about looking for work on my own (mind you I had numerous applications out before I started working with her) in addition to their help as I am a unemployed mother of 2 and need to get back to work. Was offered a position through Medix and then because I applied on my own for a position they didnt have assigned to them and was granted an interview they rescinded my offer and told me they didnt want to work with me any longer as I left a bad taste in their mouth. If I could give zero stars I would.

My recruiter was Katy Mckone and she was wonderfully attentive ,diligent and her supervisor too real down to earth individuals and i fail them for the simple fact that i was just getting back from PR after the storm i returned to help my family and friends and lost a precious part of my life my grandmother and i return to Phoenix and went to Medix and it was the first agency of the 3 i visited in Phoenix that i felt love and passion from the recruitment team to really help me in my transition and believe me i left there living a good impression and knowing that i make 2 good friends in Medix and if i have to go back there i will do it with my eyes closed blessings and keep the good work

Had 1 initial meeting to discuss that I was looking for a phlebotomist job, I am within my first year and its proving to be a bit difficult without a ton of experience. Lots of Companies post theyre need for a phleb everywhere. So I imagined maybe I could get a little help with a staffing agency. After that first and only 15 min meeting I never heard from them again....its been months.

At first when I started with this place, I had a lot of good things to say about it. Never had any problems. They were always great with helping me and making sure everything was taken care of. Recently, I was let go of a contract but no one would give me a clear reason as to why. My Medix agent didnt want to help me get an actual answer as to why I was let go from this job that I loved and wanted to stay at. I thought I was doing good here! I found out from a friend of mine at that job that my agent was supposed to do a coaching session with me to address issues. The coaching was a phone call and all that was said was We were told you were socializing too much and you put your foot on the desk. Dont do that anymore and focus on your work. So I barely spoke to anyone except to answer work related questions. I never put my feet on the desk. I just did my job and STILL I was let go. With no actual answer. Later, I found out that the manager thought I ignored the coaching and continued to do what I wanted. If only he knew that I never actually received any coaching. After that, trying to get my agent to talk to me was like pulling teeth! So now I am without a job, I am not allowed to contact the people at the job because technically Im only allowed to speak through my agent. I cant actually speak with my agent. I am so disappointed with these people! They have a job finding jobs for others but even when they screw up someone elses life to where that other person loses a job, they still have their cushy job in their office. They should be ashamed of themselves!

My recruiter is Eric C & he has been wonderful. I signed up with Medix years ago & I dont remember, but I think I have gotten a job or two with them before. Eric is so helpful & always responds back to my phone calls & emails. He did a Skype type interview over the phone so I wouldnt have to come into the office. That was new & different & pretty cool to not have to take the bus down to his office. I hope he can get me another job when the one Im working at now ends. Thank you Eric for all you do!

James is very knowledgeable however he ask the same question over the phone and I came into the office for a interview and he asked me the same questions. Whats weird my name didnt match my African American face. I was told the position was too much for me. We are talking about 16 dollars an hour job you know what Medix I think James position is making him think too much about discrimination. Hope you find the right face with the right name Medix😁😎

WOW!! After reading all these reviews so far only 2 good ones, in my case I had no problem with them, Ms Connor was very nice and courteous. Yes they did let me go I didnt have medical background experience, so I was not able to catch up but at least I tried, for all you people who wrote negative reviews I wish you the best of luck and hope you have found a new job.

Been waiting to get a response on a job that Ive apparently gotten since Ive passed everything. Its been three weeks so far. I messaged my recruiter last week and she said she understood I was eager to start and that she would let me know as soon as she has heard something but now Im a little suspicious because it shouldnt take over a month for me to start my temp to hire position. The very fact I havent heard anything is making me think this staffing agency runs on false hopes and is a waste of time. All I know is that it shouldnt take a month for a company your working with to get back to you on a start date for an employee.

I would like to add to the reviews, I can say I appreciate a few of the reviews and would like to share my experience of one of the recruiters, Eric contacted me about a position and I can say he was very professional and stayed in contact by email as well as by phone making sure if I had any issues I would be able to reach him. Im hearing all the reviews and again I can appreciate this but this just wasnt my experience.

Recruiter Kristina never calss back tells you lots of jobs told her 2 week before assignment ended she assured me not true but I was correct. So out of work now 3 weeks.they Dont return calls just leaves people hanging

Super annoyed with this company, they are just reading from a script. Had a video interview (thank god I didn’t agree to in person), got asked 1,000 questions to find out in the end the job is extremely far away and not even the job title I applied for? like you seriously wasted my time when you should’ve gave the job description in the beginning.. so backwards such time wasters!!

This place sucks, the recruiters never return calls or make good on their promises on finding you employment. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, they call you down to meet with you and you never hear from them again. I wish there was a rating for 0 stars. Total waste of time.

I registered with Medix Staffing over a month ago, taken the assessment / typing test twice. Typing speed was not high enough the first time, but took it again and got my speed to qualify for the position I was applying for. Since that time, I have been calling to speak to my Recruiter and have not gotten any callbacks, just emails stating she has my resume on her desk right in front of her. I cant understand why its taking so long to get me working. I also notice there are positions I qualify for posted on your website, but still no one has contacted me. I dont think I will continue to contact Medix and I definitely will not recommend any of my friends to them either. I was warned about Staffing Agencies when I first moved here 9 years ago, and did not want to believe them. But now I am witnessing it first hand.

I was led on so many times. Went through a couple interviews over the phone and they were going to hire me but never got a start date. Never got a call back until the position I applied for was suddenly open. I even got a fake email from them regarding “on boarding” instructions. Fake because when I called them they said they had sent that by mistake through database. Worst experience ever with them. I had high hopes with this company and was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

This staffing agency is a JOKE and FAKE. I called them 1000000 times on different days at different times during the day, and NO ONE answered the phone or helped me. This staffing agency should be CLOSED. They had a position on Craigslist as Eligibility Specialist to which I submitted my resume and started following up with them but they NEVER pick up the phone. Very bad experience and low life people, in my opinion.

I dont like the fact that the company lies to you on the phone and on job search websites about it being a medical facility, I didnt realize that they are a staffing agency until I arrived for my interview. Super unprofessional. The person who was supposed to interview never even showed up. Dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable staffing company.

Medix is the worst company Ive been with This is the 2nd time with them the first time they forgot about me. This time. they get me a job with CVS as medicare part D enrollment specialist for less money then the others hired at same time for same position come to find out CVS very rarely hires perminant when i was promissed if my attendance was good I would be hired after open enrollment in jan. Not true plus if your contractor you have to work 40hrs a week so you have to work christmas thanksgiving any major holiday if you dont you have tou make up that time to make your 40hrs. I messaged my agent Ayda and told her she said she would call me at 530. she never did the next I messaged saying I needed a web address she sent it never saying she was sorry for not calling or anuthing so i sent another email and said thanks for the call last night she came back and said oh im sorry i had an emergency when call I call you. I said friday at 1230 my lunch time. take its the next Wednesday I havent heard a damn word from her. This place CVS sucks the place actually has a fowel oder several people have quit and what I was promissed im not getting. I by passed a job I was promissed perminant after 3 weeks and they paid 100 % medical my agent talked me into CVS dumb

Recruiters are terrible unprofessional and gave you false hopes. You leave a message and you will never hear back from them. Then when they call you for a possible job opportunity the cycle goes on again. It is a shame that it is hard enough to find a job only to get false hopes and bad customer service in return. This tells you a lot about you he recruiters that they hire. I will never use them as there are a lot of other medical recruiters out there to feel what you feel and find you the right job.

After moving to Az from Washington State in Nov. last year, I hooked up with Medix to find a job in Healthcare. It was my first temp agency I had ever been to. Sam Montebone is my recruiter currently, however I have been with Iasis Healthcare since Dec. and have been hired on permanently with their company! Sam has been amazing!! She is professional, supportive, friendly, and always there when I have needed her advice or assistance. I recommend Medix to anyone who is in the Healthcare field and looking for a position that suits them.

They collect your personal information and then never return phone call nor messages. This is a company that should not be in business its like legal fraud, collecting peoples personal information for a job then you never hear from them during the process

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Came in for interview with Chloe, stated she forgot to email an additional test that she would send after email. Never did send anything, never heard from her again. No response to my email either. So unprofessional, isnt your job to get us jobs, smh.
