Michelle Terrell was my realtor for my recent house purchase. The seller was incredibly difficult to deal with as was his realtor from Southern Homes. This woman is a cold hearted crook. I had the misfortune of having bought a 17 acre farm from her. The VA appraiser, who i found out later had sold the property to the person i was going to buy it from. They hid the fact that the property had a bad water problem, called a blue hole. I asked the appraiser, if there was anything that i should beware of, i had just moved back south from Minn. Because of health reasons. And was not familiar with this area. So i put my trust in my VA appraiser.That was a big mistake, she got money after the closing. She was using her maden name.THIS CROOK USES THE BUYER BEWARE LAW TO CHEAT PEOPLE.STAY AWAY FROM HER!!@!

Deborah was a godsend to us after relocating back to our hometown after almost 20 years away. I gave her a short list of must-haves and as soon as we walked in, I knew it was “home.” She was always there to answer our questions and made the whole process as easy as pie. After a friend recommended her to us, I walked in looking for the best realtor and when I walked out, I felt like I had gained a life-long friend.

This realtor along with her husband were the next of kin to a dear friend of mine that passed. She refused to claim her sister in laws body along with her husband who was the brother of said friend that passed. Friends of her sister in law raised money for cremation & a memorial service & they still did not want to claim or release the body. Horrible people in my opinion & I wouldnt want to do business with them!

This office is top notch.I wouldn’t buy or sell again without Deborah.

My experience with Deborah has nothing to do with real estate. It’s personal. It’s personal because her sister in law, my friend , passed away and neither Deborah or her family would go to the hospital to claim her body. They are greedy and one day they will pay for their cruelty.
