Ray gave me the best quote and schedule /arrived within two weeks. He guaranteed an 8:15 AM arrival and was here by 8:10 AM his crew got started promptly on my huge over 15 year old silver maple tree and with the right tools and manpower took the tree down by 11:30 AM entire job/cleanup complete by 3 PM including the stump grinding but also grinded an extra piece left from a prior removal. Have used this service several times before without any issues and even recommended to family and friends. This morning I was supposed to get an estimate from Ray at 9am. I got to the property right at 9am and nobody was here. Waited for 20 minutes and finally gave him a call. He answered and proceeded to tell me he was here at 8.50am then left before 9am so we missed each other. I asked if he could come back or reschedule to which he laughed and called me several vulgar names then hung up on me.Needless to say I wont be recommending his company or using it at any point moving forward.Stay classy Ray.

We had some trees removed, as well as some stump grinding. While grinding one of the stumps near our house a chip flew up and cracked a window. When asked if this is something that they would be able to file for with their insurance they were indirect, combative, and overall not helpful. We are going to have to replace the window ourselves. Also, there was a pile of branches and a trunk that they had agreed to remove which they decided not to after agreeing to in the initial quote. We will not be using this company again.
