Master Smith is an amazing mentor. Kickboxing classes are fun, and challenging with attention to technique and some very useful self defense added in. No two classes are alike which keeps it fresh and exciting.

Once i brought my kid here, because he was bullied, and she beat him to simulate a ¨Real Situation¨, after just the first day he complained, so i went to file a complaint 2 years ago, which if your asking of course has not been accepted 1/5 stars i wish you could give zero.Edit, just found out that she gave him cigarette burns.

Amazing instruction and great prices. Teaches both tournament and street techniques so you know how to defend yourself as well as compete. I went there for years and probably should get back into it.
