DO NOT use this place if you can choose a location. It is one of the most unprofessional setting I have ever been in. I was screamed at by the person who administered the test. She asked me to go into a room where blood is taken, I tried to say that I was there for urine test. She kept screaming at me and saying that PUT YOU BAG DOWN 3 times. I was so stunt that I could barely talk back. I am a professional who has never been disrespected in such way. At the time I did not want to leave a review due to fear of retaliation of my sample being tainted. Even know it’s been a while now I still can not believe this happened!

Limited parking, limited handicap accessibility and just flat out incompetent. The entire staff were rude from the time we walked in and wanted to chastise us for not making an appointment which we didnt know was available. Somehow my wife was a hassle for having a wheelchair! Im sorry? Its pretty inconvenient for her too? You took the lab slip, you took 9 viles of my wifes blood and then never ran the tests?! What exactly did you do with her blood? You set my wifes treatment back 6 months because you either dont care or are just that incompetent. Save your time and go to the Clifton Park location and be treated with respect and get it done right.

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday opens at 6:30 AM. I arrived at 6:30 and waited 15 minutes this morning along with 2 other clients. No one showed to open. I left and needed to find another lab for my blood work. You need reliable employees!

Have used this LabCorp location many times. Usually in and out in 10 to 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. I like the automated check in system now that I have used it a couple times. Just scan your license and answer the prompts, then take a seat in the waiting area until you are called.

Went in for a paternity test. The woman who ran the test with me and my son was very friendly. She put both my son and myself at ease for the buccal swab. The appointment was quick and easy.

I have always had a good experience here.

One of the nurses working there should not be allowed to draw blood. My mother and I both experienced pain and extreme discomfort during routine blood work with the same nurse at different times. My advice, turn around and go to another LabCorp if the woman about to draw blood is wearing a hijab. This has absolutely nothing to do with her ethnicity or religion, I swear on my life; she was absolutely lovely except when literally digging the needle an inch and a half into my arm halfway through. Your arms will thank me.

After reading the reviews, I must say I was hesitant about having to get blood work done here but I have since been 4 times and every time was great. They get you in as quick as they can and everyone that has drawn my blood did it quickly and painlessly and were really personable during it. I would recommend. Just make sure you get there early enough before the crowds! Updated to add that after my great review, I realized that they didnt do one of the tests they were supposed to do and now I have to find a time to go back to get it done. Very inconvenient for me when it should have been done the first time. Otherwise, everything else is good.

Waited 15min in the back to be told there systems were done. Wow

The lab technician who assisted my six-year-old son went above and beyond to make him comfortable and to put him at ease. I recommend this lab for pediatric needs without hesitation.

They should have advertised on their site that they no longer offer drug screens before people waste their tile checking in and waiting...

SHE LOOKS TO HER RIGHT WHERE ANOTHER GENTLEMAN SAT, SHOOK HER HEAD, AS IF I WERE SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO... WHO SAID WHAT? YOUVE NEVER BEEN TO A JOB CORPS BEFORE?? Terrible. Women at the front desk was so rude. Was asking questions about insurance and billing and she was very rude and made me feel stupid for asking questions. Also she did my blood work and instantly bruised me. I donate blood all the time and never bruise! And she didnt say two words to me during the blood work. Id say if you have a chance to go some place else I would. Never going back.

Ive been taking my daughter once a month for 6 months for bloodwork here. They have always been professional, polite and helpful. When my daughters standing order expired ( not sure how that happened) they went above and beyond to contact her doctors office and wouldnt take no for an answer. Within 10 minutes we had a new script. They were awesome because she was fasting and the bloodwork had to be done that day.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever gone to get blood work drawn. Completely destroyed my vain in the process. Never will go there again.

Over the course of my pregnancy I’ve had to get a lot of blood work done and this is the closest Lab Corp location to my home so it’s convenient. There are a couple very nice, friendly women who work here and make it absolutely painless!Over the course of nine months I only had one person recently who was clearly in training hurt me and was very rude. Asked me why I flinched when she slowly stuck me with the needle which didn’t even go in. I told her because she was hurting me. She replied that I could of injured myself. It just depends on who you get... I hope you get a good tech when you stop in!Make an appt online, you get in faster.

Horrible experience. Woman at the desk was rude, complained loudly about having to do her job, complained about a frustrated patient earlier in the day who had used the f word by loudly repeating it numerous times (in front of my daughter), blamed patients for her mistakes, disparaged patients in the waiting room to her coworker--all in earshot of everyone in the waiting room. Even when she was advised that she was being unprofessional she didnt stop--it only made her worse. If someone behaved that way in front of clients in my office, theyd be shown the door. Never returning here again.

Unprofessional staff gives difficult to understand or inaudible instructions and then is visibly exasperated when patients dont understand. Staff made inappropriate/rude assumptions about health status that was not relevant to blood draw. Staff seems burnt out. Staff was not familiar with protocol for common blood test (the protocol is listed in detail on their website) Would definitely not go without an appointment. Parking is limited. 2 stars for a clean location and competent phlebotomy. The blood draw was the least painful part of the experience, if that tells you anything.Edited to add after receiving results: Staff incorrectly selected test protocol (as I had feared) using the wrong requisition code despite my having presented them with the exact test code from my doctor. Luckily my insurance still covered it.

If they dont want to work early mornings, they shouldnt be there either! Rude and huffing and puffing because myself and another person came in when they opened. They have early hours for a reason! I will find another location next time.

Just needed to get a drug test done for my job and got the run around twice. First time I got there at 840 waited until 950 before they told me to go home because drug testing was done at 10, even though I had been there very early and waited over an hour. When I went back the second time they told me that I needed to bring the printed sheet of paper with my appointment on it even though I was told previously just to bring my license. I will NOT be returning a third time. Rude, incompetent staff. This place is a joke. Save yourself a trip and just go to one of the Albany locations. Theres a reason this place has a 1 star rating.

She put the tourniquet so tight it hurt and never released it when she was taking many vines of blood. I have a huge bruise and my vein is popping out. Hurts.

Very unprofessional women behind the counter who discriminated my husband for using the Handicap access who has a pass and does have a handicap even though he might not look it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will report her to her Supervisor and LabCorp Corporate headquarters and get her fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
