These guys typically schedule within three days of our call and give us an estimated time for that day. They text the day of 30 minutes before they come and are always polite and take a look at pile or item and give a quote of how much it will be. And let’s face it politeness and a good attitude go a long way ! We have used them every year several times for everything from brush and branch removal to just plain junk big and small. We use them at least twice a year and highly recommend them !

What a great company! We had originally called them to take 3 large TVs and 3 small ones. My husband called this am to add on some more ( large) items. No problem. They were fast and efficient. The price was less than we expected. I would definitely recommend them!

The people that work for Dump guy were Awesome!! Very nice and hard working. The estimate was way too high. The cost of what I had was so over the top. I probably will not call them again. I didnt have a whole garage or even a half a garage. I just had a couch a queen mattress two twin box springs twin mattress two small ac units two small tvs and a small microwave appliances cost the most leaving the labor 200$ live and learn on this one.

Weve used these guys twice. The first time, 8+years ago. They emptied our basement of stuff ruined by a sewer backup. Today they emptied my mother-in-laws apartment of everything that no one wanted. Bookcases, wall units, a twin bed platform and matress.The young men working early on a Saturday morning were Very Polite. Very Professional, and Fast! In around an hour, and they were done!

This is a long overdue review. We had a 17 foot twin-keel sailboat that hadnt been used in years. It had been sitting and slowing sinking into the ground on our property - one large, almost permanent lawn ornament. Who came to the rescue?! Dump Guy?! Its removal was quite the project, but it was well thought out and efficiently accomplished by one person. Such a relief to no longer see it looking us in the eye, month-after -month, year-after-year.

We could not have asked for a better experience. We are moving out of the apartment that we have lived in for eight years. Its amazing how much stuff we have accumulated. We called the Dump Guy twice in the past month and both times they called a half hour before the appointment time to confirm and asked if they could show up a few minutes early (fine by us!). They came in, did a quick assessment of what needed to be taken, moved it all out, threw it in their truck and were done. They are efficient, easy to work with and more than fair in price. We used the services of the Dump Guy to get rid of a few piles of brush in our yard, and we will definitely use them again! They came to give us a free quote before the job, gave us a time frame for when they would return to do it, called the day of to make sure it was okay if they came a bit earlier, and got the brush cleaned up quickly & thoroughly. We had called them last minute, and they were still able to come and do the job the next day, right before a holiday weekend. They even called a couple of weeks after the job to make sure that everything had gone okay. Highly recommended!

They gave a call to see if it would be okay if they came by a bit earlier than expected (a pleasant surprise) and in 20 minutes they had loaded up and removed what would have taken me several hours and several trips to the recycling center to do.
