Wow is all one can say about this store

Dollar General is one of my favorite places to shop. Its quick and convenient for shopping. Dollar General has pretty much everything one needs.

Gotta love Dg. Ive been experiencing issues when I try to use my digital coupons

Worst location in the world I dont know the store number but its never stocked people are rude and this been for years

I really like this location. Always good clearance finds. Employees are pretty cool as well.

Store is half empty at times. Need more help to stock items because items are in the store but just need to be put on shelves!

Tottaly trashed, stock all over the place blockong aisles. We kept tripping and stepping on products on the floor. They need more staff or something.

Always a disorganized boxes everywhere carts not clean stuff on the floor!Employees are very rode ! Especially EmployeeA. Jenkins very bad Attitude and not Treating people with respect left all my items without paying I will not go back shopping in the store!Dollar general should choose their employees a little better!

The staff needs to #MaskUp And encourage patrons to do the same!!!!!

They have everything you just have to find it the store need to clean

Store was clean and associates were very courteous along with being helpful with directions.

Just your regular dollar general, faster than usual check out experience.

Decent selection, but the aisle are always crowded with boxes of items

The employees at the store on President street were very friendly and helpful. The store itself was completely in disarray. The shelves are always empty and stock sitting in boxes that need to put out for sale. They really need more staff there to help them out! I continue to shop there for the convenience, but I sometimes drive a little further because of the condition of the store. To much clutter!

Seemed to have alot going on behind the counter. Didnt feel like customer satisfaction was a priority

Our cashier was very helpful and patient, as I was helping my elderly, handicapped mother-in-law do some shopping. Another staff member helped look for items my MIL needed. Overall, a pretty good experience.

The aisles were full of items that were ready to be put on shelves, which created a safety hazard.

All shelves were empty and all their inventory was still in boxes.

Wasnt stocked to well but employee was friendly ..

This store is disgustingly nasty. I used to work for dollar general and this store is in no means within standards. Employees standing around at the register gossiping about another individual. Stickers barely moving any of the rolltainers on the floor. Merchandise was all over the place.

They had what I needed and the price was right.

Just a dollar general like any other. Great location just out of town and on the way to Tybee.

We are getting ready for a birthday party, so we needed a lot of extra stuff....lots more than usual. The TWO employees in the store were just absolutely remarkable! I cant say enough about how much they helped, so patient, so friendly! I am sorry that I didnt get their names, but it was one man and one woman.....and I had TWO very, very, very FULL buggies. I am not from Savannah, but I cant possibly thank them enough!!!

Always stocked and much cleaner than before.

Good collection and variety of products available. uno cards, playing cards, sudoku etc and other games also available.

Not the best Dollar General Ive been to but definitely not the worst. Shelves were a bit messy and things were difficult to find. The cashier was a bit of a mess herself but we finally managed to get out of there with the couple items we were trying to purchase.

Really needs to be more neater. Too many boxes every where. Customer Service is good tho.

Once I got to Dollar General on President Street they had absolutely no carts available to shop with.No way to carry your merchandise she said oh they steal the car. We dont have any I said okay next I went down the aisles the carts are holding the merchandise that should be on the shelves I think they need more help to get the product on the Shelf instead of in the cots that people need to shop with thank you so the rating would really be very low.

Friendly staff...Back stock boxes lined the floor in nearly every isle. Hard to maneuver the cart around freely.Items incorrectly priced. Seasonal sale items were still ringing up as regular price instead if reflecting the 50% off. Cashier had to do almost every item manually, which was very time consuming.Disappointing experience...

My cashier was an 👼 angel... My purchases were over my budget and he kindly paid my remaining balance... God Bless him

If you value your time, stay away from here. it doesnt matter how busy it is, if there is anyone in front of you in line, its going to take 30 minutes.

A great store with digital coupons and paper ones, Ive saved as much as $9.00. Most things I regularly buy are much cheaper here especially paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.

This Dollar general has no right being as good as it is. First time I walked in there three different employees asked me if I needed any help. I have never had an experience quite like that. This place is rad.

Store was a little cluttered but things were easy to find.

The store is in complete shambles, idk maybe Im a little harsh. But its def hard to navigate through the isles due to fallen over items and other items just crammed into open slots, so you dont know if the price of something is half the time accurate.

Dirty& disorganised.

Its just busy and bathrooms were dirty.

A real dump. Bathrooms are blocked by pallets of product with no public restroom hand written on paper taped to the doors. Someone doesnt like to clean apparently. Product lying on the floor everywhere. Rude staff. Exactly what youd expect in this part of town. Save yourself the time and drive to Walmart 5 minutes away.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great place to shop.

Messy store. Cluttered isles. Halfway stocked shelves. Floor employee was very flippant about giving assistance. Not very knowledgeable about store contents. Cashier was helpful and made a different product recommendation which would be more cost effective and told us where approximately to find it so that was a redeeming factor.

Great place. New manager, has made this store GREAT AGAIN.

Its a dollar store. Items were all over the place, hanging off shelves, in the middle of isles, the shelves themselves didnt seem to be organized very well. Wasnt hard to find what we needed (bandages), but we did have to step over a few things here and there.Cashier was very pleasant! I didnt catch her name, but she was working day shift on Jun. 16th.

Great place to shop for some item you must have that you forgot.

It had everything i was looking for this particular one on President Street is the best one in my opinion.

Clearance Section needs reorganizing please. Dont know whats clearance and whats not. Also put cleaning prices on items,stop using bins too junky.

The store is clean. The shelves are stocked and the staff are courteous and helpful. This is my Dollar store now.
