I have experienced many issues while being treated here in the last 9 months. Firstly, like others have said, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone- whether it be at the local office or corporate billing. I called corporate billing today at 4:05pm and sat on hold for 30 minutes. when i got to the front of the line, the call went silent and disconnected. I called back and sat on hold for another 29 minutes only to be told that they close at 5pm... it was 5:04pm when i got someone on the line. I was given a name of who to contact by the local office. When i told the person from corporate office she had no idea who I was talking about. The local office is not any better. After calling and speaking with the office manager, Amanda, I had to call her back three times over a couple of days to follow up until she actually returned my call. Its very unprofessional. Secondly, I was mailed a bill which told me I had an outstanding balance. Even with my insurance, I am charged an arm and a leg just to walk in the door. After each appointment I pay at least $135 with my insurance before leaving so I was very confused as to why I owed more money. Once I sat down and looked at the itemized bill, which was the first and only one I’ve received, I realized there were charges on there I didnt understand. There was a date specifically where i was charged twice - total of almost $300- with two separate billing codes used. When I asked about this no one could tell me why- which is why I was given Amandas name and number to contact. I called and voiced my concerns and also told her The billing code for the second charge read “E/M 16-37”. I told her that I assumed that meant estimated minutes 16-37. she said she didn’t know and she would have to ask the provider. I never heard back and attempted to reach her multiple times. Once I was actually able to get in touch with her she told me the double charge and second billing code was because it was considered a “new patient appointment” and the time must have gone over. (separate code to be entered for billing). I had previously seen another provider but was forced to switch providers as he was leaving the practice. No one ever informed me there would be another double charge for new patient appointment when i switched providers. I was a new patient to that provider, yes, but I was not a new patient to the practice. But also why aren’t patients told upfront you have x amount of time, if you go over there will be an extra charge. I don’t think that’s fair. Never once was I informed of how much time I was allotted at my visit before I was charged again. In my opinion, if youre going to basically double charge someone, they should be forewarned. When I brought this up to Amanda, she said there was nothing she can do and gave me the number to corporate billing and the name of a specific person to talk to (see above). I also asked Amanda why I am charged different amounts for each of my appointments when we do the same thing during the visit at each of them. It doesnt make sense to me. I was told its how the provider codes it. I asked if the coding could be explained to me and she said she could not. Each visit I arrived on time and was not seen until 10-20 mins past my appointment time. During each visit, I was only with the provider for 15 mins maximum and was charged $135-$200 to see a mid level practitioner. This is absolutely insane! People cannot get the help they need because its impossible to afford it- even with insurance! On top of the monthly office visit charges, you are paying for your medications too. In my opinion, the headache that comes with this place is just not worth it.

Great staff, from the receptionist to the counselors, therapist and doctors. My 15yo kid loves their counselor and doctor. They treat them with respect, actually listen to them and are always there for them. We went through several other counselors/therapist/doctors before we found this group. I wish we would have started with them first. I highly recommend them. If you are looking for a practice that cares about you, your kid or whomever is in need of their service, I would definitely start here. They care more about their patients than they do about insurance etc. That in itself says a lot!! Their therapist and doctor, even call them after hours, if they know they are going through a particular rough time. Sometimes they call just to say hi and check in. I wish I would have found them 2 years ago. It would have saved us all a lot of time and heartbreak.

Dr. Lavallee is a wonderful physician! She truly cares about her patients as individuals, youre not a number to her. Her nurse Sharon is great too? I was very impressed that she remembered my name after only two visits. I highly recommend this practice.

So far so good. Today was my first visit and everything went very smoothly. Kind courtesy staff, clean facility and I was only kept waiting 17 minutes. I hope to be asked to write another review after a few more visits.

My 1st visit went as planned. I wasn’t kept waiting and the Therepist took care to gather as much information on me. The real work starts next week.

In todays new norm courtesy of the novel Coronavirus, I was pleasantly impressed with the level of care I received from my therapist. Her bedside manners were amazing considering my appt. was virtual. Thanks so much for your phenomenal expertise especially in the middle of a pandemic.

I missed my telehealth phone appointment by 20 minutes because I was dealing with my infant son (I stay home alone with my 2 small children all day). I called back and they said theyre charging me $100 for missing the phone call. Which in my opinion is absolutely absurd. Needless to say, they have definitely lost me as a client.

I called to make an appointment to start seeing a counselor since I am knew to the area and the front receptionist was not very friendly. (Spoke in an accent, maybe British?) She seemed very aggravated with me from the start and it dont think having an unfriendly face/speaker for the front as the first thing you speak to when coming into or calling the office to represent your business is a good likeliness for a business in general. Specially for a buisness like therapy. I felt uncomfortable and was very snappy towards me when I was asking and answering questions, kindness goes along way. This type of personality can turn away clients and scare people from feeling confident and comfortable before even speaking to a therapist. Unfortunately I didnt get the opportunity to visit the office because I felt right off the bat talking to this lady, this wasnt the office or people I want to share personal information with.

You would think now more than ever they would be willing to help their patients. I went here on a recommendation from my sister but I should of gone by the reviews. They are not willing to work with you on prescriptions if you can’t get to the office for an appointment. With the difficulty of this current time we are all living you would think they would try to help you given the field they are in. Do not waste your time with these people, look elsewhere and do your homework first.

If you need anything, you get the run around. They will lie to your face and will absolutely let you go without meds for days. Standard of care is non existent. This place is abominable. No wonder it’s an entirely different staff each time I go in. If you need legitimate psychological treatment, do not choose these thieving liars.

LOCATION) I HAD TO GIVE A RATING IN ORDER TO POST THIS REVIEW I GIVE THE DR A 0, THE OFFICE STAFF A 1, THE TMS STAFF WAS GREAT,UNFORTUNATELY IT DID NOTHING FOR ME,JUST LIKE THE DR. PRESCRIPTION REFILLS ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET PROCESSED,IVE SPENT 4 DAYS TRYING TO ACCOMPLISH THIS AND STILL NO MEDS. IF YOUR LUCKY YOU WILL NOT GET THE SAME DR THAT I HAD. YOUR NOT A PATIENT......YOUR A #. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, I WOULD KEEP ON LOOKING . THERE HAS GOT TO BE SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU CAN BE TREATED BETTER.. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND KEEP ON LOOKING. I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE HERE. BEEN COMING HERE ALMOST A YEAR, THE ONLY THING ACCOMPLISHED WAS THE REDUCTION OF CASH IN MY POCKET DALE KEITH
