The reception staff are horrible on the phone and in person. Called day of my appointment to cancel because I had a fever, Joy answered and said i have to go to refill clinic on Tuesday and then hung up abruptly. It’s a shame because the doctors and nurses are absolutely wonderful.

The absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. Consistently. I have chosen to stop my treatment and medications because the employees at this place just do not care. If the higher-ups see this, please give these people a raise, because I cant think of any other reason they would be so rude. Unresponsive, terrible at returning calls (even if its about needing a prescription renewal urgently), and one of the ladies at the front desk always has an attitude, answering questions with another question in a confrontational, dismissive manner. During quarantine I was supposed to receive calls for therapy and did not receive them. I had been going since January and saw a therapist ONCE. It was an hour of I know life is hard right now but in different words. These people need to understand that they are dealing with people who have anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. I began to dread going there because it became a hostile place.

I lived in South Carolina were they did not have a facility like Gateway. I applaud Savannah for Gateway. Im able to get my meds. Be clean and sober and appreciate all the staff for helping people like me. You have to fight to want to get better and take no prisoners. LOL

Went Here For Help During A Mental Break Down. Begged To Be Seen And was turned Away. Would not recommend for someone who is in immediate need of counseling.

I come for a walk in and get told that I probably won’t get seen because they have no one to see me but there is not a soul in this place. There should be no reason I have to wait till a spot opens

For counseling services I do not recommend because they constantly keep loosing and rehiring. This I know from personal experience because it keeps setting my son back everytime they have done this and we end up starting back at zero and does not help him. The Dr. Portion is good and i have not had an issue in that department..... I do not recommend the coumslimg for this business but the doctors I do..

Front desk staff are horribly rude. They made fun of me on the phone no one knows what is going on as there is little to no communication. They didnt give me a refill on meds but scheduled my next appointment for over a week after my prescription runs out. Come on people.

They are very slow when it comes to walk-ins they can make you wait up to 2 1/2 hours just to be seen in the back. This place is of poor quality if you as me.

Doctors dont really seem like they should be a doctor but one counselor Ive seen is really good and I wish he was my counselor instead of my husbands
