Aric was awesome. Patient, efficient, knowledgeable and explained everything in laymans terms.

Alex was very thorough and attentive. Though my problem likely had to do with a recent update that occurred while I was out of the office, he still looked into all possible causes to get me back online and operating. Alex was polite and courteous, and made me feel as if my problem was a priority for him. I have encountered IT support with other companies before who were dismissive, sarcastic, and unhelpful, especially regarding issues they deemed as non-emergencies. Not being able to access the server means I cant get my job done, and, to me and my employer, that IS an emergency. Providing great support when there a major problem is important, but providing great support, even for minor issues, shows the true culture of a company.January 2020: Alex, Tyler, and Sean went right to work on the issue I was having. I felt that they treated my problem as a high priority. The followed up with me frequently and kept me informed of the situation and their plans for troubleshooting. Sean worked around my very busy schedule and worked on my computer when it was convenient so I had very little downtime. The best IT experience ever!
