Sara Eisener and Timothy Barrett are very unprofessional and are terrible at returning phone calls. Neither one of them have taken the time out to really investigate my claim and to collect the correct information dealing with my claim. Instead of a verbal communication I have only received letters. I pay insurance every month only to be treated as if I’m committing fraud. I would not recommend them at all. Will be shopping for better insurance company that’s more professional and really care.

There are too many stars if I have to give even one to this company. Someone hit my car and the claim rep, Kevin, did nothing as far as contacting the other insurance company. I did the work. If you want to pay them for insurance and then do the work, use them, if you want an insurance company to do their job, use someone else. This is the worst excuse for an insurance company and the worst excuse for a claims representative. I would never recommend this company for any kind of insurance coverage based on this experience, and you shouldnt either.

So got run into by one of flows people and they didnt want to cover the rental so had to pay for it out of my pocket and fight and argue for a month before they would reimburse me 1300 big pain in the butt would never recommend this company to anyone 👎👎👎👎👎
