My customer purchased a DirectPrint RIP for his Okidata C931DP Printer based on the expectation that it offered enhanced features over the Oki driver. When the product failed to offer any significant benefits, RTI refused to offer a remedy. As the reseller, I am now stuck with software that nobody wants and that RTI apparently no longer sells. Disappointed that they didnt stand behind their product.
