I have been a member for a while at this club. Some women you just cant make happy. Everyone I have dealt with at Curves in Santee has been overly nice and helpful. The owner is amazing and works with everyone. She gives so much respect and affection to all of her members and staff. If you want results in your health and weight loss this is the best place to go!KJ

I had a very bad experience with the owner of this club. After paying for a year in mid-April 2012, she changed her hours in June, and I asked for a cancellation or deferment. She did not respond until late October after I had written 2 letters, and she granted my deferment in a phone conversation. However, when I came in to work out the next time, I discovered the hours had not changed back, so I was unable to continue. I then transferred my membership to the Tierrasanta location (which I recommend highly). The Tierrasanta owner allowed me to work out while she completed the transfer, but the Santee owner did not respond to her either. In mid-December the Santee owner claimed to have sent my file and a check, but they did not arrive and were never recovered (11 years of Curves workout records lost!). After a couple more months and after I wrote a letter to the Curves president, the Santee owner finally transferred part of my remaining years dues. It took 8 months to get to this partial resolution, and the owner blamed me for harassing her when it was over. Consider your options carefully
