Purchased Malwarebytes Premium. Downloaded three downloads they sent. Last download received email confirming my computer was protected. Since then Ive received an email each day for four days in a row saying my Premium activation was still incomplete and my computer is unprotected? I need to talk with a tech from Malware but cant contact anyone. Their phone system is automated and I have no idea how to complete my Premium protection???

I have malwarebytes and I love it but the problem Im having is since I cut up all my credit cards and never want to reuse them I no longer have a credit card to renew my subscription. In the last 2 weeks Ive tried telling Customer Service of what I did and they still expect me to pay with a credit card that Ive closed. Today they sent me to my account where I was suppose to renew it on my credit card and I ask myself how can I do that when I no longer have a credit card. Ive told them over and over that I would send an electronic check from my bank to their California address now Im not sure if I should do that. They might not know what to do with a check. Im going to see if I can reach the corporate office and the corporate manager.

I cancelled all auto-renewals on October 22. Today (November 18) my credit card was still charged. When I login to cancel AGAIN, now the cancel auto-renewal button does not work!!! Impossible to get a live person to help over the phone or online chat. Typical terrible customer service, just like big cable and phone companies. Avoid malwarebytes!

With ZERO ability to reach a real person, Im not sure how anyone can do business with this company. False positives are common and no legitimate way to resolve them with this nameless, faceless, contactless company - Report them in a forum??? Customer Service is non-existant. Over the phone I press 9 for an agent to call me back. A recording just called me back to tell me that their agents were busy and to look over their FAQs.When I contacted the support email address given to cancel the auto-renew, it kicks back. Malwarebytes continues to try and charge my credit card. Very DECEIBTFUL business practices!

I run Malwarebytes Premium on my PCs and Mac computers. Great protection on all computers. Never had a problem with the software or Customer Service. What is the first software called for when a Mac computer has been infected, Malwarebytes. Be ahead of the game and get Malwarebytes Premium to stop the infection.

This anti-virus is too good for its own good. Unless youre a computer geek Malware is impossible to navigate. Company not responsive to customer! Got charged for something I did not order.

If Malwarebytes can ward off viruses and worms as well as they do customers from receiving any help with billing or tech problems, theyve got a very effective product. Their service doesnt even deserve 1 star.

None of the software downloads to my wind 7 pc. Chat support is never available, phone support is non existent. Calls to corp redirect you and hang up. Worked fine for 10 years till they improved it. Had to post 1 star since it wont do any less. Why take time to submit a ticket when its ignored. Im shopping somewhere else.

Customer Service Sucks it takes 4-7 Day for anyone to get back to you, i have had nothing but issues since we signed up. It works a few days and then stops, always chasing somebody to fix. Terrible way to run a business, If I treated my customers this way I would not be in business very long. This is no surprise to me this is the way most software companies operate.If your read reviews below they all say its a wonderful place to work because nobody is doing ANYTHING!!!!

Tech support takes MONTHS. Techs do NOT read COMPLETE responses to questions they ask in emails to you. LIKE ALL OUTSOURCED HINDU TECHS ... THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU. NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO YOUR CALLS AS THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IS BOT MESSAGES. THEY DO NO UNDERSTAND THE ENGLISH WRITTEN LANGUAGE. THEY THINK THEY KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED WITHOUT KNOWING THE PROBLEM. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA TO DO BUSINESS WITH

One of the worst companies concerning customer service. Malwarebytes sent out an update which caused many computers to crash, including mine. Not even a we are sorry. After several complaints, they offered three free months.. Big deal, after spending a day resetting my computer and all the lost files..

The worst. The entire program does not load, ever. The 2 parts that dont load are Web Protection: Prevents connections to malicious or compromised websites. and Ransomware Protection: Prevents ransomware from encrypting your file. These two most important malware do not load. They are always OFF or Starting, but never start and never switch over to ON.And now that these two important parts of Malwarebytes are malfunctioning, I receive a big popup that obstructs my screen every 5 minutes!Plus there is never anyone available on chat and no one ever replies to all the Tickets they claim they use to get back to you. And it is impossible to talk with anyone on the phone.Absolutely worst protection ever!

If I could give Malwarebytes corporate a zero star, I would. This company filed a copyright claim against a Youtube video showing people how to enable version 3.0 so that the free version would not expire. This was a false copyright claim as I used my own video content.I screen captured a blog post from my own website. Youtube sided with Malwarebytes. Malwarebyes supports censorship and are deceitful, by filing a false copyright claim.Youtube is also to blame as they do NOT follow DMCA. A judge is supposed to decide in court whether or NOT copyright infringement took place. The cowards at Malwarebytes decided to use Youtubes corrupt system to silence me and my video.Showing somebody how to enable software so that it does NOT expire is NOT copyright infringement. I was an affiliate of malwarebytes. I have pulled all of my ads both using Google pay per click and Bing pay per click.Also, I pulled all positive mentions of Malwarebytes from my website. Finally, I am a computer repair technician that used to recommend Malwarebytes, until they censored me. Malwarebytes hates criticism and or losing money.I no longer recommend Malwarbytes and started recommending SuperAntiSpyware. Actually, Superantispyare and combix will find malware that malwarebytes does not.

I downloaded Malwarebytes from the internet. I paid my fee of 29.99. I installed the program. For two weeks all I got were error messages that Malware was not updated and I tried to update but it would not let me update. I wrote to customer support and received instructions to uninstall and then reinstall. I did that followed the instructions to the T.Now I am getting another error message and when I scan my computer it changes the desktop screen so you cant read the icons and the color is distorted. Folks, there is NO PHONE SUPPORT, HOW CAN YOU FIX A PROBLEM WITH EMAILS, I NEED TO TALK TO A PERSON. DONT BUY THIS PROGRAM UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING!

Malware (Cleverbridge) took money out of my account without my authorization , putting my bank account into the red costing me $35 for the first day and $5 for everyday after for a product I do not and have not used in over 6 months , beware of them if you have ever done business with them in the past

I dont like that I cant speak to a customer service person. My experience is that there are so many sites that say Malwarebytes that I cant trust the site. I have a problem and I dont want to chat on a site, a person is more helpful.
