Joe is just great! I sent him an email explaining what the issue was. He replied very promptly, explained what he thought might be going on, gave me his quote to repair it. I didnt have the funds at that time, but told him I would reach out when I did. When I did, I contacted him, and again, he promptly replied. I brought my laptop in, we sat down for a bit, and actually figured out what was wrong with it. I left it with him over the weekend, and it was ready to go Monday morning. Then, when he contacted me about pick up, he offered to meet up, to make the commute easier on me (as I use public transit). We met up, he ensured I was happy and satisfied with everything. Honestly, I couldnt be happier with the whole experience with him, and now my laptop is back, and running better than ever. You really wont regret going to him. Seriously some of the best customer service and experience Ive ever had.

Joe repaired my Mac and cleaned it up too, both internally and externally.. looked beautiful and cleaner than ever when returned. The repair time was less than 24 hours and he provided regular updates via txt (my preferred method of contact). I took my Mac to the Apple Store prior and the repair technician estimated a 3wk turn around time and an outrageous charge. He was unsure if it would even be repairable post time and money. I spilt some liquid on my macbook and brought it to nearby repair store. They quoted over $2000 for my $1300 ish 5 years old laptop saying that all my data is gone and they have to send my current drive to manufacturer in order to replace it, which doesnt make any sense.Then I brought my laptop to Joe. He was very nice and honest. He was able to turn my laptop on and he explained to me in detail everything that was actually wrong with it. He found out that my SSD is still good, which means I can recover all my data. Since my laptops battery and display are ruined, I ended up buying a new one, but I really appreciate Joes service and I would 100% recommend him to anyone having any computer issues.
