This is the 3rd time I have used Rogier Williams / Mac Expert /.I had issues updating my new iPhone 12 pro, I also could not update to Big Sur on my Mac Book Pro. In 20 minutes Rogier found I needed a larger iCloud data plan for the iPhone 12. My Mac book fell in a range of laptops that were now out of date for the new OS. This saved me a new Mac book purchase. I will wait it out for awhile after receiving his advise. Was well worth the investment in Rogier and Mac Expert.

I showed up to MacExpert in crisis with my dead computer. Rogier quickly recovered my data, and showed me ways to make my computer more efficient. My iMac needed a new Hard drive.Rogier recommended that I take it to Apple to do the repair less expensively and with a 90day warranty.However when I received my iMac back my data was all messed up and was upgraded to Catalina, something I did not want.Rogier restored my Mac and did a full tune-up. Its now working better then new :-)I highly recommend him - he as good as the best at the Genius bar and much more available.
