Repaired my monitor within 3 hours of when I initially called, after BestBuy and a few other places told me they couldnt get it back to me for at least a couple days. Outstanding service, friendly and informative interactions. Would recommend.

Shain came but I had to text several times. He also returned a second time without too much prompting. But bottom line, after $225 he did not really do anything for my very sick friend except tell ME to take the cable box to Cox and get a new one! Yes it took his time but seemed excessive.

Awesome service for this group. While I was stuck in the hospital I spoke with a rep over the phone asking to have one their techs to help me buy a touchscreen laptop. After a some discussion they sent out one of their tech to Best Buy and picked up a laptop with the specs I asked for. The technician, Shain was very patient and helpful to get the new laptop set up for my use.

Shain goes above and beyond for his clients. He is willing to work remotely at odd hours (he’s taken an emergency call at like 11pm before) and has been really great at installing software for me. Love that I can see everything happening without having to do it myself!

Fantastic group! I was in a crisis with my home computer where some fakes Microsoft Representative tricked me in to giving them access to my machine., I called in and they had it fixed the same day. I later hired them again because my computer wasnt at all as fast as it used to be. they described that an upgrade to the storage device with a flash memory chip would make it better than new and They were spot on with every claim! I had a large TV installed on my bedroom wall. It was a tricky installation due to it was on a swinging arm sandwiched between a corner and a slider. I also have a thing about seeing zero cords. Took my laptop that had water in for a diagnostic to see if I could recover the data from my hard drive. Nice guy, but after no call back after the 30 min i was told i would be, I called in to find that it was dried and a new hard drive was being installed. Thats fine and all, if id wanted that and not just a diagnostic. Also was told that they couldnt do data recovery on my hard drive that wouldnt take power, which is the only reason im even writing this review.

Beware!I’ll begin with saying this review isn’t worth a 1 star rating.If you are looking for computer repairs you may be better off looking elsewhere.My experience started out great and then quickly turned for the worse when I took my MacBook Pro in for an issue with the track pad not working.1. I was originally quoted $150 then it turned out to be $250 when the computer was done.2. After the computer was repaired I had to return the computer the same day because it wasn’t working correctly.3. The follow day the computer was retuned AGAIN for the same issue.4. About six weeks later I made an appointment to return the computer once again for track pad issues and he didn’t show up when he said he would be there.5. When the computer was finished he delivered it to my office, that was the only decent service I received.6. He called to say the computer was fixed and he had to use “paper/cardboard” to get it to depress correctly.7. It didn’t work, it was actually worse and more difficult to work with and required extreme force to press the track pad to make it function.8. Took the computer to the Apple store and it was discovered that he did in fact use paper/cardboard with tape inside the computer on the track pad corners9. Apple had the computer fixed the same day for $134.00 without paper & tape10. Two attempts were made to request a refund for inferior repairs and never heard from Shain again.Very Disappointing! Should have taken it to Apple in first place to save time, effort and money.

I had a crack on my Lenovo Yoga 710 screen that started to trail upwards and needed to replace my screen. I found Shain on Yelp to set up an appointment. He was nice initially and was quick to respond at first, and had no problems coming to Isla Vista that day (Monday) for a pick up fee, but contacting him became an issue when he told me that he fixed my laptop and we were figuring out pick up. Initially, he called me and said that he would come drop it off on that Thursday night, but when the time came, he failed to show up and contact me. I had to text him only to find out he was too exhausted and forgot about it. I came downtown on Saturday to pick up my laptop, and he did fix my screen, but only after I had taken my laptop home and used it for a couple days that I realized that there is some type of blue tint on the inside of my webcam. I emailed him a couple days later, got no response, then texted him inquiring that there might be a blue film on the inside only for him to reply Ohhh wow yah there might be, damn thats annoying. I asked if hed be able to fix it and if it would be an extra charge and got no response.Long story short, I am frustrated that I already paid him the amount to fix one problem, but he has caused another and is unprofessional with communicating efficiently.UPDATE: Shain ended up contacting me, and removed the blue film on my laptop within a few hours without an extra charge. For that, I have edited my review and given him one more star.
