THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE LACK THEREOF IS MINDBLOWING. THE QUOTING DEPARTMENT FAILS TO RESPOND IN A TIMELY MANNER, LACKS COMMUNICATION AND WHEN WE DO RECEIVE A QUOTE AND HAVE A QUESTION, THEY FAIL TO RESPOND. RYAN LANCE WHO IS IN CHARGE OF THE QUOTES, SHOULD BE REPLACED.
Im sure this place would be decent. If they answered their phones once in awhile..called 4 times and no answer. Any time of the day!
They process very difficult aircraft parts. Highly skilled company. Their quality is impressive. 7 years I have been using Embee, never had to rework a part.
