The staff at Kays are always helpful and courteous. Never anything be easy transactions and service there.

I recently got a nice raise and wanted to get myself something nice so I went to Kay go pick out a new watch. After browsing and chatting with Christiana, the girl working I finally decided on a beautiful Citizen Eco Drive watch. The quality of it is simply outstanding and the bezel is just the right size for my wrist.

My fiancé bought me a ring for Christmas, it was custom made and has my name inside. There was issues with rattling of the gem stone and we were concerned that it would fall out. We took it in during the first week of January to get it tightened and the manager scuffed up the ring. instead of being a uniformed square now its dented on one corner. it was upsetting but at least the gem stopped rattling. But after awhile it did the same thing again. We went back during Valentines day to see if they could do something about their defective product but after talking to the manager again, we would have had to pay to fix a ring that is still rattling and dented, not looking the same as received. She even told us that once paying to tighten the ring, the ring will be scuffed up anyways. which is so odd since Ive bought rings at other places and when I had it fixed for an issue, they make sure that the ring comes back looking like it was new. Also, the manager keeps directing us to other stores. Should have just told my fiancé from the beginning not to shop here.

Bought wedding rings in December and told they would arrive in three days. Called tonight, 27 days later, and told our rings will now arrive in 62 days. Our wedding is tomorrow!!! Also told it wasnt their fault that they cancelled the order! Offered no solution except we have to wait until March to pick up rings needed for a January wedding...avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Awesome place I bought a present for my girlfriend The employees are very friendly and very courteous they helped me with my needs and my budget they were not judge-mental very thoughtful they showed me wonderful jewelry for my present they were very knowledgeable of the merchandise they were selling and thoughtful they even helped me chose my present and my girlfriend loved it I recommend this place for anyone looking for a present for a special person in their life

Is there a reason why the ring had no tags after been worked on and also why was my wife having hard time with the counter lady at the time of pick up... there was no box, no tags, no information for the ring brand new ring with no box.... this was a resize of brand new ring and the counter lady said it was a repair.  Ill would like a follow up from some one in regards to this matter. I was expecting better service for the purchase and not the type of service we recieved today. Very disappointed with the final results and customer service.

For as much money as one spends & how special it normally is to make a purchase here, I’m surprised at the inconsistency of the customer service. I’ve been to other Kay Jewelers before but this one didn’t make me feel as comfortable as I would have liked. The selection of rings is gorgeous.

Stopped in yesterday and spoke with Lexy, who was very nice and helpful.She gave me a card so I could call back with questions. Ive tried to call 4 or 5 times since yesterday afternoon, but no one ever answers the phone. Why have a phone number if the staff never picks up the phone?

I went here a little over a year ago to look for an engagement ring with my fiance. I wanted an emerald engagement ring, which is not common. They didnt have anything in the store to look at and said they could order it online. They didnt even have much of a selection on their website just le vian rings which were not very appealing. I thought the price was not worth it and the lady helping us said that if we werent looking to spend over $1000 we might as well get a promise ring. After that we left.

A diamond fell off my ring. They said they couldnt fix it because I was supposed to come in every 6 months to check the ring. Its been over a year and I didnt go to the second 6 month check. I dont live close, so I dont know how they want me to come in every 6 months. Its so sad that a diamond actually fell off this ring. You would think its quality but Its not. Such a rip-off. I dont recommend buying at the store.

I can always change my opinion but as of right now Ive been sitting g in the food court area waiting since 9:30 to walk in and the doors are closed still and its 10:03 am. You just lost my business by not being open on time, I walked by showing I was interested in looking and 1 emplyee looked busy closing a private deal with two other ladies but it would have been nice if she atleast picked up one of my three calls to inform me when they would be opening.
