Id love to talk to the folks saying this company is any good. Havent received what we paid for and I dont think we ever will. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone and if they do they will tell you someone will have to call you back. STILL WAITING FOR MY CALL BACK!

I was just completely harrassed by this companys telemarketing calls. Within a period of 5 minutes, I received 5 calls. I asked the initial caller what he was calling about, evasive answer, pushing to speak to the owner. I told him I needed to know why he was calling. When no appropriate response, I asked him not to call again. Well, that seemed to have upset the tamarind cart. I received 4 more calls, the final one was from a different voice and he proceeded to curse me out.I had to give 1 star just so I could publish this--0 stars was not an option.Whoever is listening....shut these people down.

The only good reviews this company has are from their parent company Websearchusa. Dont get burnt like I did. Make sure whatever you do that you use a local SEO company and always get it in writing. Im still waiting for them to do what I paid them for and if they ever do Ill update my review.

I asked this company to build a website. They NEVER accomplished making it in 4 1/2 MONTHS! HIBU took only 48 hrs. Then they continued to call and bill me for the next two months. I even changed the passwords to the site and they didnt notice. They werent trying to do anything but bill me. This company is the WORST I have EVER known.

I gave them my cc # in good faith that they wouldnt charge it until i authorized it the next day (they said it WOULD NOT be charged. I kinda dodged their phone attempts the next few days because theyre relentless... i figured it would eventually go away with no harm done.. but they ended up charging my card $225 *without my verbal authorizationSo far ive spent more than 2 hrs trying to get ahold of their managers but Im always put on hold and they dodge me.Looks like Ill have to go through my bank to get it disputed and investigated.I hope Gphrase gets whats coming to them.They promise a lot, #1 being great customer service.. obviously
