C3 Technology Services has been our provider of various technology solutions since mid-2017. We began with telephone and internet service, replacing a very unreliable service from a major carrier that offered virtually no customer support. We now have a state of the art VoIP telephone system that we can manage in-house and even get real time usage data. C3 was with us every step of the way during the transition, from installing the new equipment to training our employees and quickly resolving any issues.As C3 began to better understand our technology needs, they made suggestions for other areas in which their expertise could be a benefit to our company. We now have C3 providing us with a monitored network server and security software, along with IT support. This was something we had never had before and didn’t realize how much we needed. This additional support has been a huge step for us as we have just entered into the world of e-commerce. C3 is now monitoring all our computers and servers and installing all appropriate updates and patches.We also now have C3 managing all of our copiers and printers. We have installed all new printers and state of the art copiers. Prior to C3, we needed at least 10 different toner and ink cartridges for the various printers we used and it took a few hours every week for our office manager to keep up with ordering all the different cartridges. Now, most of our printers use the same toner cartridge and with C3 monitoring usage, they know when to send new cartridges, before we run out. Not only are we saving money on our printers and copiers, we are also saving hours of work each week, with C3 managing all our printers and copiers.We recently determined that all our computers needed to be upgraded. With the help of C3, we were able to establish what changes needed to occur. We purchased 30 new Dell computers thru C3, equipped with Windows 10 and Office 365. We also had C3 pre-install our business software. C3 was also able to set-up our company’s domain, which we now use for all our email. They backed-up each user’s files, folders and profile and transferred to our new computers to make the transition smoother. We could not have done this without the help and expertise of the C3 Tech Support team.As with any technology upgrade, sometimes unforeseen conflicts and issues arise. Our business software has created a number of challenges and unusual conflicts that needed to be addressed. C3 was on top of every issue that came up and was very quick to respond whenever a new issue was discovered. They were able to quickly find solutions to every issue. We are very happy with their personal attention and quick response time with every question.C3 stands for Client Centric Consulting and they truly back-up that name with great customer service and support. I would highly recommend C3 for any business or organization. For telephone, internet, network and security support, and managed printing and copying, C3 has become a very valuable and important partner for us.
