I had a customer in the Orange area. We called out Servpro of Tustin & Orange, Villa Park and they did such a great job.I think it is important to take care of customers especially when they are already disadvantaged. This customer was an older couple and I was so thankful that I call this Servpro office. They know what true customer service really is.The customer called me in tears, explaining that every person was so kind and considerate. The technicians were respectful. Each day they arrived on time and then asked if they could come into the home and then they thank the homeowners each day before they left.This is a special customer to our office so when we got a call telling us about this experience we were moved to share this experience.We love our customers, but sometimes it is good to know that other companies know how to treat a customer.The job size/value doesnt determine the level of care; the kindness and consideration of the team is what makes the difference.THANK YOU SERVPRO OF TUSTIN!!! They gave me the direct number of the person who would be cleaning my home, and he was readily available to answer any of my questions. They told me they could come the next day, and they even lowered their price by $200 to accommodate my situation. Servpro of Tustin handled a really complicated water damage that we had in our condo in Rancho Santa Margarita. It flooded not just our unit, but our two lower neighbors as well.
