These people are unbelievable!!! They have been to my house 3 time to fix my tub and they cant even stand by their own product.... The tub still peels and they are extremely disrespectful telling me that I dont now what im talking about.

This company told us one thing and did another. They VERBALLY quoted my girlfriend a price to refinish the bath tub and tile. They only did the bath tub! Then they wanted to charge us more to do the tile. Classic bait and switch!I gave them a chance to resolve the issue by meeting us half way for the additional cost of the tile, but they wouldnt do it. I then reported the incident to the BBB.Beware of this company and get your quote for work in WRITING before letting them into your home!

I contacted this business last week to schedule refinishing service on two bathtubs for today (1-17-17). During the call I provided all the information Nancy asked for. I informed her that I did not know if the tubs were fiberglass or porcelain as it is rental unit and I could not recall for sure. I specified that they were shower/tub combos, but with tile walls, not one piece units. Nancy quoted me a price of $300-350 per tub. I clarified with her that the price would not be higher than $350 per tub. With that information I scheduled for 8am on the 17th. This I also clarified as I knew they were coming from Santa Ana and my unit is in the Westwood area. She said it should not be a problem. I know the traffic, so I assumed they would realistically get there by 8:30am, despite Nancy saying 8am.This morning I called before 8am to confirm. Nancy informed me they were on their way and would be there by 8:30am. They were not. They arrived at 9:15am. I showed the workers the tubs. It was determined that one of the tubs did not need the work. I left after confirming they were only doing the one tub in the Master Bath. Approximately 10 minutes after I left I received a call from their office. Nancy called to clarify it was only one tub now. I said yes, that her worker and myself looked at the other tub and it was determined it did not need work. She then proceeded to tell me that the work would be $550 because the tub the were doing was oval and a little longer that standard. I stated that her quote did not mention anything about size and shape. That she clearly stated it would be a maximum of $350. She then put the owner on the phone. We went back and forth forth on the issue. He refused to honor his quote. He claimed that the shape and size required the nearly 60% increase in the quote. I refused to accept the increase, so he called his workers and had them leave my condo.I believe that when it was determined the second tub did not need the work, he tried to recoup the cost by increasing his quote. Regardless of his reason, he did not honor his quote. A quote I clarified in every possible way and provided them with all the information they requested.
