We recently used Burgin for a kitchen and bathroom remodel and we couldnt be happier with the results. They explained the construction process in detail and helped us every step of the way, from design, rough framing, fixture installation and finished carpentry. Their workers were professional, on-time, kept the location construction clean and secure and do fantastic work. Project questions were addressed in a timely manner via a phone calls or text response. We would highly recommend Burgin if you are considering a remodel of any size.

Burgin Design & Remodel is the go-to place for us and many of our friends. I have yet to hear of any of us having a problem that was not addressed and solved immediately.We purchased a house that needed a lot of updating. We hired Burgin to remodel one of the bathrooms and change out all the fixtures in another. We also had them replace the flooring in every room to give a lighter and cleaner feel. The very best thing is the kitchen. It was stripped to the walls and rebuilt. They installed a very large garden window with the counter granite continued into the window base. They built cabinets to our specifications and the woodwork and stain is outstanding. The floating shelves lend just the right touch. The last part of our remodel was to have them paint every paintable surface. Their designer, Joni, was with us for every step from floor to ceiling. She met with us throughout the entire process with suggestions on colors, shapes and furniture.I cant say that any remodel experience has ever been easy but in this case the results are worth it! We would highly recommend them.

We used Burgin Design Remodel in 2006 for the remodel of our kitchen, master bath, stairs, office area, and fireplace refacing. Brad, Rhonda, and the team did exceptional work right from the start. The process was explained fully prior to start, and work done was as expected. We were kept in the loop every step of the way during the remodel process. Everything is still in great condition. Burgin did an upstairs remodel for us in 2011 including the master and second bathrooms. They do terrific work and the attention to detail was excellent. They are extremely easy to work with and have outstanding follow up. Since then, we have had some plumbing needs and they were quick to recommend one and make contact on our behalf. Set an appt. with Rhonda prior to Christmas holiday. They were recommended via Home Advisor. There company was a no show at the appt. After calling in and asking where they were, Rhonda responded via text that they took two other jobs and couldnt keep the appt. Times must be good, for now. Poor business practice in my opinion.

Burgin Design built a completely new kitchen for my mom. Took out a completely unused room and extended her kitchen. Turned two seldom used rooms to a focal point and center of the house when we have family gatherings. Totally satisfied with the entire process. Was kept informed of any delays, worksite was cleaned at the end of every workday. All permitting issues, concerns were addressed ahead of time so there were no surprises. I have referred numerous people to Bergin Design and will continue to do so in the future.
