Very well stocked store, everytime I go they have the parts weather its for my refrigerator, washer, dryer or whatever appliance I go for they seem to have the part. Nice sales people, if they have an answer for you they will tell you if they dont they say not sure on that one. They have never tried to sell me something I dont need.

Keep getting open box and returned and used parts. Especially control boards. Been shopping here for 12 years, but will be switching to another supplier. Lost client today due to Coast Appliance Parts selling me used control board in box which is been open already. Went to install it and refrigerator didnt even power on. It happened in the past on multiple occasions. Looks like they dont care what parts they sell. Too bad.

Some of the staff here are the useless and laziest people I have ever encountered. It takes them ages to look up a part and most of the time wont even bother answering the phone. This is mostly for the mustache guy and the black guy. I only get good customer service here when I get helped by the ladies.

Awful customer service, the guys are very unorganized and looks like they are lost. Had placed a phone order a day before and they told my part would be here the next day. When I arrive I was waiting in the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone helped me. When finally helped I told the rep I had placed an order over the phone yesterday and my part should be here. When I had gave him my phone number her looked surprised, he asked if I had used a different phone number and I told him thats the number I have given George to order my part. Well apparently George didnt order my part so it never came in. I was so upset I wanted to speak to the manager. Well apparently the manager was not there he had left with home with a stomach ache. Really!!! well I left and Im not going back. I went to OCAP and they had the part I needed, they are way better and very customer service oriented.

This company is terrible with customer service. Not only did they bring me a broken fridge -- they promised to repair shelving and after bringing the wrong part didnt arrive back to finish the job. After calling over 10 times today the owner and repair man have yet to return my calls. Ive taken this to BBB and am tempted to take him to small claims just out of principal. If you think its noble to give bussiness to the small guy-- think twice before using this poor excuse for a bussiness. They couldnt care less about the people they claim to serve

I ordered a universal igniter for the oven, but the seller asked m / n for the stove, I answered that the model number was missing, I just needed a simple igniter, but the seller refused to look for it

Nothing got here and the dispatcher was alone n I waited like 30 mins just looking at his face. Dont recommend this place next time Ill go to Sears. Pricey but always receive you with a smile.. Dont come here

Terrible customer service, had me on hold for over 20 minutes. Then they got back on the line and said they couldt hear me. Then they hung up on me. Will not be going or calling them any time soon. Stay away!!

I have only been in the Appliance Repair Business for a short time....30 years. I work on the Commercial equipment side, so my experience in the Residential side is limited to Friends and Family situations. I research my own part numbers. I shop. I recently had the wasted misfortune of visiting the Coast Parts Santa Ana location. After a prolonged wait while counter sales operator 1 continued fishing stories, the other counter person 2 finished phone business, and I inquired about a pump, part number WH23X42. Upon his return, he dropped the UNPACKAGED part and without skipping a beat, asked if I had an account. I replied that I did not. The price he then quoted was $81.00.(Cha-Ching!) I can do better, I replied, knowing that online retailers like Amazoon had the PACKAGED NEW version of this pump for...wait for it...$15.00. The ONLY reason I stopped by Coast was proximity. Yay. Well, the price dropped another ten, but then without warning, counter sales person 1 barked, Yea, 15, but thats all used. Now, I invite you to check Amz policies regarding used ANYTHING. They are pretty stringent. Maybe person 1 was thinking Eblah, or something. Or maybe fishing. I thanked person 2 and I turned to leave, but person one wasnt done: You should have bought it from them he blurted. Oh boy will I, fish boy. BTW: The net has fundamentally changed Commercial parts distribution and pricing; the edge going to the best price for service, INTERNATIONALLY. Todays experience shows Coast needs SERIOUS revamping to survive. His voice STILL echoes.

They ordered me a wrong part and had to pay 25% restocking fee to return. To avoid the fee manager suggested me to sell part online.. ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Take your business elsewhere
