I had an appointment here on June 11th 2021. When I showed up (15 min early) the door was locked and there was a Closed sign on the door. What is the point of making an appointment if no one is going to be there? I knocked on the door, and waited 10 minutes past the time of my appointment...25 minutes total. I also called and left a voicemail message. I could understand if they had an emergency or something, but why not call and notify their patients that have a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT?? Im pregnant and dont need this type of stress. I also had my elderly mother and my toddler waiting in the car, in the heat. I also wasted so much time, and gas money coming here...drove 25 miles to get here. How unprofessional! I wont be returning. I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I came in Today without an appointment and was attended instantly. I am very pleased with the phlebotomy.All together its a great place in every aspect.

Check in was slow before the express check-in iPad and its actually gotten worse after. Lady at the front desk is less than helpful if you get stuck somewhere in the check in process, shes incredibly rude to you if you have a question, just says to follow the steps on the iPad without actually hearing what youre asking, shes very rude. Shouldnt be surprised tho, every time Ive been here the waiting room is always packed. I think theres only 1 person checking people in and performing whatever the patients came here to get done because the wait time is just insane!

I made an appointment, showed up before the appointment, signed in. And was called up 15 mins late and another few minutes later was called in for the appointment. The actual service was easy though.

Horrible attention of the person who attends, is exaggeratedly rude, yelled at us and called me crazy, I hope they fire her soon.

The nurse who attends is a very rude and ill-mannered person and many people who do not know how to use a computer to register and if they ask something she answers them very badly.
