I took my 27 inch monitor in on 4/3/2015 for diagnostic repair. Said they would call.No contact from them so I called on 4/17/2015. Response was the manager had to get a part to test it. They would call back.Today, 4/27/15 I called again, and the manager was not in and the gentleman who I spoke with had not idea what was going on even after I gave them the Job #.This type of service is unacceptable. How long could it take to figure out if it can or cannot be fixed- OMG!I will return here only to pick up my monitor.
