This is my second experience with getting brakes done here. Last time was a little more than 2 years ago, I am not sure if ownership has changed since then because the gentleman I talk to today was different. The bottom line was I had a really positive experience. I brought my own parts and just needed the labor done on my rear brakes. The guy was upfront about everything and seemed eager to do the job even though I told him they might need to dremel some tabs off the brake pad back plate in case they didnt want to easily slide in. They did the job super quick and at a very fair price compared to a few other shops! What I thought was really proper was they showed me the old parts they took off without me asking (a lot of shops are too busy and just send you on your way). I thought that was a proper thing that seems to be often overlooked. Anyhow just wanted to take time to write a good review because we often skip doing so on food experiences and are more eager to write negative ones. I will be back when my fronts are ready to be replaced!

Inability to detect issues related to Smog Check failure.

Same day dropoff of my vehicle to fill the AC system with refrigerant on a Saturday. They did the job in ~2.5 hours, the lot had a ton of cars in it they were working on, and they called me back right away to let me know it was ready to pick up. ACs blowing cold, yes!Price was competitive with other shops that I called.Dale was easy going, and a nice guy.
