They have delivered equipment on very short notice and with a very reasonable delivery charge. They have gone above and beyond to address any issue I have had during the course of multiple rentals. Customer service before, during and after every rental has been exemplary!. They will be my go-to for rentals going forward.

I want to thank Tejas Equipment Rentals for their patriotic generosity. Recently a dedication for my father who fought in WWII, Korea and Vietnam in his Naval career was held at Skydive Spaceland San Marcos. We needed a boom to fly a giant American flag for the ceremony. Tad at the counter of Tejas Equipment Rentals immediately told us that they loved supporting veterans and just had to make a phone call to clear it. Great overall experience. Tommy delivered my skid steer. Was polite respectful and very helpful. Had a problem with the track slip off. You could not drive up to it. He had to pack it in about 300 feet. Greg came out and did a superb job putting it back on in no time.Thank you guys.,Bruce Bethke

I needed a ladder and in a hurry. I walked in and was greeted by every person there. They made me feel relaxed and quickly got me out with a ladder. I have rented from Home depot before and it felt like I was at the DMV. I was so glad they helped and were so quick! I will use them again!

I rented from Miranda for my deck rebuild and she helped me find the right tool for the job. The two young gentlemen in the yard took the time to explain how the tool worked(ground hog auger) and got me all loaded up. Very professional and knowledgeable crew.

This is my equipment rental place of choice! Having done numerous large DIY contractor grade projects in my lifetime, Ive relied on equipment rental to get the job done. Bobcats to excavators. Tejas Equipment, the San Marcos location, just raised my bar for service and equipment condition expectations. From here on Cas is the guy Ill see for my equipment rental needs. He knows the equipment and understands potential issues from a DIYers or homeowners perspective. Drop-off and pick-up were simple and the Tejas drivers I had knew how NOT to tear up a nice piece of property that is someones home and not a construction site. I did my most recent rental, a Bobcat 510 series, with Cas entirely over the phone while he was balancing several other orders the day before Thanksgiving. He gave me his personal cell in case I had any problems with the 2017 Bobcat over the holiday weekend. I had none. Tejas San Marcos earns their five stars. Just call Cas. Hell take good care of you.

Dont rent from them. Our last bobcat rental we had to call them out at least 4 times for repairs. Backhoe at least 2-3x. Im still awaiting $1113.18 in deposits that have not been returned to my account from rentals that they said they refunded.

Nothing but great experiences we use Tejas for all our rental needs. Can not say enough bottom line straight professionals.
