This company is shady at best. The communication is horrible, and the quotes they send do not remotely match up for the work they do or the pricing. Not to mention, they didnt fix our forklift properly and still charged us. I had to call and email for them to come back out. I heard excuse after excuse, none of which made sense. We will be spreading the word however we can to not use this company.

We have been using this company for years and when we received the latest quote from them that it is full of misc charges and overcharges. So I called out two different companies to give us a quote and found out that we had been charged for work that was NEVER done and oil/air filters that were never changed out. I was in shock to think that all this time we have been paying for services that were never performed. They charge 81.00 to service the forklift and do not service it just top off the oil.. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Hired the Hawthorne team (John & Team) to do a large scale racking build in Carlsbad of about 10K SF. The team has been responsive, innovative and a great resource to allow us to focus larger facility build out. They have been outstanding in provided progress updates and up-to-date CAD files with racking changes. Highly recommend.Nick
