I dont usually do reviews, but I had such a pleasant experience with the customer service at Fred Loya. The insurance agent Ms. Sherry was very friendly, professional, and informative. As soon as my current policy expires, I will be back to start a new policy. Thank you Sherry! Great customer service is hard to find and this location exceeded my expectations!

Im so mad! They advertise they open at 9am its 10:10 and no one is here i need to go to the freaking DMV!

Terrible service. They had no change and I had to go to Wal-Mart to change my ticket. I only had my ID and they didnt want to receive the payment because I had to carry my policy. Hopefully improve the service.
