Online order took an hour to collect after I recieved an email confirmation that it was ready for pick up

Storage security was ridiculous I paid for every single one of my items and I was stopped by no less than two people who are glaring at me and myself and my son even though we had paid for every single purchase in our cart it was ridiculous I will never shop there again.
