I was looking for 80s themed items and they only had a small selection and a lady followed us around the store tye entire time. But the store was big and nice.

My Party City in Union City, CA was closed so I had to go to this one yesterday. They were super friendly and very helpful! I have a new favorite Party City.

The nice woman that eared on me was very patient and understanding as I was having trouble deciding on my New Years balloon bouquet! She showed me the different bouquets they had and I did finally find one I liked. She was calm and attentive the whole time. Thank You!😊

Im a party coordinator so Im in Party City a lot. They are my go to for last minute supplies. The Bayfair location is in a great location with tons of parking. The staff is always very nice and helpful. Curbside pickup is quick. Store is usually clean and stocked. Definitely your party store one stop shop.

Very small, not a good selections of items to pick from.

Staff was really helpfull. On short notice I needed to get together a mini 18th Birthday celebration. Staff gave a lot of great suggestions. They really saved me a lot of stress!

An awesome place to look what you need for a party! Theres tons of party stuff to choose, so get ready to visit this place when youll have a party. The only thing is that the staff could be a little bit happier to make your visit more enjoyable and excited to make your party the best.

I’m rating them a 1 star and that is too high of a rating still. Horrible customer service, very lazy and very rude, I came in for balloons with the 40 and they did not have that what so ever. They had a 4 in rose gold, and a a 0 in red. I asked for a ballon and they didn’t want to give me it because it was in the back room and we’re to lazy to get it so they denied to get it, they told me to get a diffident one and when I would pick a different balloon they would deny it. very poor service, why work and not do your job. I had to get a different ballon which I was not happy with. NEVER COMING BACK!

I gave four stars because I didnt get the costume I ordered. I guess this whole online order with in store pickup is new ..no major thing this year because my daughter was torn between being a unicorn or a ballerina. I ordered the unicorn costume. When I got to the store it was chaotic; my costume was sold and the store was not only packed but tore the heck up! Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and helpful! Melissas customer service was 10 stars! She helped me find a costume that was perfectly unique, just like my daughter! There was also a young man by the name of Alexis who was a total rockstar! He didnt know much about the situation but jumped right in the to assist with A1 service and a sincere smile. I really appreciated everyone who I encountered in this location! It was an awesome team who all seemed to love their jobs and and know more about customer service than some people twice their age... Good job Party City!!!

Very nice kids working here. They are helpful and made me feel very comfortable. The supplies here are always well stocked and store is clean. Everything is well priced as well.

Bought party supplies and balloons. They did not have the color ribbon we asked for (white), for the balloons, so we had to go buy it from the gift wrap section. The balloons were for a bridal gathering, so the available colors (black, red) would not work. It just seems as though, if you dont have a color available, why wouldnt you take it from stock? The service was friendly and the store is well stocked, but something so simple as white ribbon should never be an issue at a party supply store

Not enough cashiers. Waited much too long in line with screaming kids all around me! There should be a line/person dedicated to balloon purchases. There was only two cashiers and at one point both were away from the counter doing balloons. It takes way too long to fill balloons, especially if customer doesnt really know what they want. Ill find another party supply. Aisles are ALWAYS lined with cases of product that should have already been unpacked, thats a safety hazzard

The costume selection is pretty good here, and its a lot cleaner than spirit. It also doesnt have that weird spirit smell, at least not as bad. Customer service is pretty good here, we didnt have to wait the long to get rung up

That you come to this place to buy a single balloon and that the cashier tells you, that you need an hour and a half to inflate a single incredible balloon, but I will never return to this place.

There was a big line, no cashiers but one the was complaining.I needed stuff from the character princess Sophia and I couldnt find anything, empty shelves and merchandise in boxes.Bad experience, Party City is not what it used to be.

They pretty much have most of your party needs. I give it a 4 because they stocked 90% of what I needed. I had to order some of the ballons(special order online) then go to the store to have it blown up(since the balloon was a special type of balloon it was free fill) which was pretty cool but the balloon was a bit expensive so it made sense to fill for free. I come here for most party needs and the prices are for the most part reasonable.. I see some things there and prefer to Do It Myself on some occasions. It would make no sense for me to buy a banner that says happy birthday for $20 when the paper costs literally $3 and the string another $3. But when you are in need because of emergency this is a good go to store for all your party needs

Party city has the worst customer service ever...do not go there..the girl Bianca who is the manager did not want to assist with me with returning some balloons that I had purchased yesterday..the balloons died the first day I bought them and she kept saying that it was my fault as i dont know how to transport the balloons..seriously..i didnt pay a dollar for these balloons and they didnt last one full day...she refused to exchange them and then had other customers chime into the conversation we were having so i then had to deal with her attitude and the customers around me.. i will never buy anything from them..worst customer service from Bianca the supposed manager.. she has no work ethics...horrible

We usually go here when my kids bday is coming up or for halloween costumes. Its ok as far as party supplies go. Long lines and not enough cashiers at register. Many of the associates arent too helpful or hard to find so your pretty much on your own.

I like this store because I love event planning but the prices sheesh... sometimes you gotta order online from other suppliers to get your money worth

Overpriced but way way way better than dollar store. I get all my candy for trays and candy bars from here. Every color in the world. Match a dress or pumps. Balloons galore. Nice staff. This store has security.

Very helpful when I called to place an order. They took the time to look for what I was looking for. It was the only item available, no selection... but still, they were very pleasant when I arrived to make my purchase.

Party city is always my go to for party supplies. This recent trip to party city was jus like any other trip.. Awesome!!! They helped me make my own gender reveal balloon and its always affordable.

Great place for party stuff, candy in bulk, hats and accessories of every color, very clean and organized, and at halloween there are a lot of costumes and decor to choose from for good prices.

Lots of selection but terrible parking. The shopping carts are pretty dirty and dont glide very easy. I tried like 4 different ones. Maybe I went on a busy day but I think thats always....only 1 cashier and like 20 in line. I felt bad for her. ..some difficult customers.

Its good and Im handicapped and usually theres a chair in there and when I went this last time there was no chair and I only could stand for so long but the people are very nice but I had to wish that a manager or somebody could have brought out a folding chair I bought a lot of stuff and I can only walk so much and then I have to stop but its good

I was at the Party City in San Leandro and it smelled like trash and urine and a hint of cannabis. The staff do not have personalities and do not smile so do not try and engage in conversation with them. Got in and got out quickly.

Purchased a disposable helium tank last Saturday for a birthday party on Sunday. Needed more helium . Went back to the San Leandro store and purchased 2 more tanks. We we tried to use one, it was empty and the box was torn. Called the store and had to go out there again. No apology was given and no type of credit. I then called the store yesterday to speak with a manager. Phone rang for a long time at least 5 mins, according to my phone, after asking to speak with a manager I was placed on hold. No one came back to the phone. After doing this 3 times, I gave up. Called again this am. And was told manager was in a meeting. So I should call back whatever happened to taking a message What poor customer service the San Lorenzo store has. Will continue to use Amazon. No More Party City!

Unprofessional and only caters to Hispanics. The people that shop here fowl language. A Mexican girl wanted to fight me because I asked her if she could stop cursing in front of my 10 year old daughter. The Mexican employees & guard did nothing. Sanctuary, l dont think so. Im not from the area Ill go elsewhere next time.

I just bought some balloons for my niece, I just went in a hurry and didnt realize that the balloons didnt have enough air until I got home, they look like aliens heads, I’m too upset
