I will never go back to this location. It’s weird costumers service. Came here to only upgrade my phone she was given all my information to some one over the phone after she access my account and try to tell me that she is trying to help me get better deal through her boss when I asked her not to give my info. It’s an safe. And they want to enforce me to change my plane. She always go to the office to luck the office and talk on the phone with some one about my account. I end up to ask her to close my account and not change any thing. And left. But am still worry why they do that. This is not about making money it’s something else.

Because of their customer service, or should I say, the lack of customer service, I would not recommend this place. We arrived on Sunday before 4:00 with the stated store closing hours at 6:00, but we could not enter the store without first logging an appointment via a QR code. We did so, even though only one customer was in the store at the time. It appears the store can accommodate up to 8 people based on their own socal distancing stickers located on the floor, but still no entrance. The worker behind the counter made eye contact many times with me, but wouldnt make any effort to explain what was taking place. We waited 30 minutes outside looking into the store through the glass, and finally we gave up. This is exactly how I about this place. Ive given up on them. I understand COVID protocols and safety concerns and I even agree with them generally, but if they cant figure a way to treat a customer property, then maybe they shouldnt have any customers.

Ordered a phone online, just needed to pick it up. Been here for 1.25hrs so far and the same person is in there. No updates on how long it would take, no texts to tell you anything.So far my decision to change to Verizon has been horrible. A few hours of support help online, a canceled order due to “fraud”, recreating the whole order on the support line, and now this. Cool.Just get your phone mailed to you. 2 days for it to be delivered may be shorter than how long this wait at the store is at the current rate per customer, and the 3 people ahead of me.

The slowest & worst place ever, almost waiting for 1 hour and half just to get new SIM card.New update after waiting for so long for the same worker to help us. He refused to help us and kicked us out even though I been waiting for 2 hours before they close. At the end it was really sad that I had to leave without the SIM card. Verizon it’s really bad service.

Ordered 4 phones, Verizon says 4 delivered, yet the store has no idea where 2/4 of my phones are.Reps are nice, no upsell, no bs.Edit: It was a error on verizons end, not the store.Edit 1/26: Rep was nice, but got my orders wrong. Promised a nonexistent offer wanted me to return my phones after i set them all up . Have to deal with verizon correspondence team now

I visited this location to purchase a new phone and to check on pricing for my own account. The staff here is very professional, knowledageble, and patient. Agnes went the extra mile to assist me with all my questions, she offered me multiple options, and even drove to their other location to pick up my new phone on the spot for me. Im happy with their service and ended up with what I came in for at the end if the day.

Definitely not one of the nicer Verizon stores. Sales staff was a little pushy probably use to clientele who dont know what they want (I explained to them that I wanted a specific phone because it had a specific feature and they kept trying to upsale me other phones which dont have that feature). Ultimately the staff did help me with what I wanted. Over all Ive seen worse, but Ive definitely seen better.

Brought in a phone that had a black screen. The guy ended up damaging a perfectly good screen and a home button. He was suppose to fix it and give back the way I have it to him but after giving me the run around for a month and coming back to the store every week I was supposed to pick it up yesterday at the San leandro office. I go into the store and they said its at the Hayward store for some reason. Jackie went to go get it and she was suppose to call me when she was back at the San leandro office. I notice that it was almost closing time so I called the office and Jackie answered. She wasnt going to call me, she was going to make me come back the next day. So I ran down there before they closed to find out they didnt fix anything!!! They asked me if I wanted to go get it myself. I was very mad at the professionalism the store has. I never once got a sorry. They dont care about the customers and they lie!! I will never deal with them again!!

I am very much unhappy with their service. We went there to get a new verizon line. They mentioned, that $20 Set up and go they are charging (in addition to sim card prices) is for activation fee with Verizon. But it was wrong. The set up and go fee charge for the store. They did lie to me and charged me extra bucks.

To fix my camera on a note 4 is almost 100 bucks that is crazy y is it so expensive it should not be that expensive it should cost like 40 bucks to fix it since us verzion customer pay alot on the bills for years I think its not right at all I can go somewhere else and pay like 20 bucks to fix it man i dont k ow what I am going to do

Very bad expectancy, it is already 11:38 am and they have not spoken, and supposedly they will open at 11:00 am here at 210 hesperian in San leandro.They should put that now there will not be or some other has.
