Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes to even sit-down. Paid $40 for a regular fade. I went here because the regular place I get my haircuts is closed.

I have been getting my haircut from Mario for almost 2 years, Mario was at another location in Oakland and I followed him here.Mario has been in the industry for over 17 years and still have passion!I really enjoy that Mario takes his time to cut my hair, he is very detailed. He also washes my hair really well after the cut. I can get a cut and go out and dont worry about hair being all over my clothes and face.Theres plenty of parking on the cross street.If you plan to get any haircuts make sure you call first and schedule a appointment. They are normally book you dont want to show up and be disappointed.If Mario is not available Then Diego is also a great choice!Thank you Mario and Diego you guys are awesome.

Says open but when i get there its closed, so disappointing

Diego doesn’t keep his word. The guy told me I would see him the next morning for an appointment at 10am. He doesn’t shows up.I specified the appointment the day earlier when I spoke with him & he agreed to it. We get to the shop, one of his co-workers calls & texts him for the appointment we had both agreed upon. He texts back that he does not have an appointment. 😑
