I was searching for homeowners insurance for my new property and came across Yolanda with State Farm. She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire policy and every question that I had. I liked her professionalism and honesty so we went with her for our homeowners insurance.Yolanda was so wonderful , she even offered to review my current car insurance policy and in doing so, I decided it would be best to switch car insurance with Stare Farm also.I’ve had to deal with many insurance agents in the past 20 years, and Yolanda made me feel at ease with the whole process. I’ll definitely be referring her to all my friends and family.

Rod and his staff at State Farm were as always helpful, courteous, and informative. This year was an ordeal for everyone. Never felt any pressure to add new services and never got the feeling of being pressured into getting something I did not require. I’ve been dealing with Tiffany for several years and she is awesome. You can tell with people if their demeanor feels scripted and prepared, Tiffany listens and doesn’t rush you. Goes over everything you changing or altering. Won’t be changing anytime soon.

My husband and I have known Rod for many years. As a small business owner myself we moved our personal policies to State Farm in 2019. We have been very happy with the service we’ve received. Rod has also been very helpful in finding agents in Nevada and Colorado for our kids to use although there is no direct benefit to him. He has also helped us when we’ve had questions regarding incidents that happened under other policies we have. I would highly recommend his services.

My wife and I changed all of our personal insurance policies when he opened his office in 2016 and he did a great job saving us money. We could have selected a local agent but chose to work with him based on his reputation as a former State Farm operations manager. On numerous occasions when we rented a car, he was able to provide proof of insurance for the car rental agency with very short notice which we really appreciated. Most recently, my commercial insurance carrier raised our rates and I asked Rod for his assistance. Once again, I couldn’t believe how much money he saved me on my commercial policies. As I did with my personal policies, I transferred my commercial policies to him as well. I highly recommend him and so glad I now have one point of contact for my insurance policies. We would highly recommend Rod and his team.

A big THANK YOU to Rod Villamor for all his help! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My father in law passed away and we were tasked with getting all his affairs in order. He had several policies scattered through many Insurance companies and even more agents. A friend who saw what we were going through recommended we give Rod a call. Rod spent a lot of time with my husband and I answering questions and guiding us through it all. He worked very hard and was extremely helpful. We ended moving our business to Rod. We were able to consolidate insurance companies, polices and update policies where we were grossly under insured. I never realized the importance and ease of dealing with 1 great agent was until I worked with Rod Villamor. The death of a loved one is not only sad but also a real eye opener on managing personal finances and policies. Rod make a difficult situation better.

I have been with Rod since he first started his business. He helped me to choose my policy and setup me up with all the discounts I could possibly get. Last year, out of curiosity I received a quote from Liberty Mutual, and it was no where close to what I had with State Farm. Couple of years ago, my moms car which is under my name got into an accident, and his team was able quickly to help me out to repair the car. The process was easy and painless. He and his team are great, and very caring. I am so glad I have him and his team as my home and auto insurance team. Thank you!

I’ve known Rod for nearly 5 years and never thought about having an agent hundreds of miles away from me. Any time I had questions about our policies, he was always prompt with his response and insightful based on his years of experience in the insurance industry. When needed, he would fly down to Southern CA to meet with my entire family including my mother. I’ve referred a lot of people to him since I’m 100% confident he’ll take care of them the way he’s taken care of me.

Rod is a great agent! Couldn’t imagine my policies with another agent! He is always on top of everything. I don’t live close but he will go out of his way to come to me. Me and my brother have been loyal state farm clients for almost decade. We had great experience with our former agent @ Temecula, CA. We changed our agent to Rod Villamor due changing location. He was very nice when I first met him. But he ignored us when we really needed him. I still believe in state farm, tho. Maybe we were just unlucky this time. I wish our next agent is more helpful.

They go out of their way to ensure you understand what your purchasing and how their products benfit my business, home, car and family. So this review has been long overdue, between moving houses and having me and my wifes first baby, Rod took care of our every need in making sure that every aspect of what we need as new parents are covered, from house, car, life, disability, and banking. rod has always answered our questions and concerns, as a business owner myself i am a very busy person and rod has always gotten back to me in a timely manner. i have been a statefarm customer since 2005, been with 2 agents and rod has proven very proffesional with me. always looks out for our best interests. the most thing that impressed me with rod is he made a special trip to my house to cover our policies because we did not have time to go to his office. thank you rod for treating us like family and taking away one less thing to worry about.

You might say this is duplicate review but since my name is in the policy as well, and im the one who directly got involved in the accident, I have every right to tell my experience with you.I heard all the stories and replies through my sons since my English isnt good (my son is helping me write this review). And there is one thing I really dont understand. It is obvious that you received email or fax whatever from state farm to call us since you know so well about the conversation between my son and state farm operator. Then why didnt you call us back? You had two business days to make a single call. Are we asking you too much as your clients? A single call?Even after all the complaints, you just took your time justifying yourself so promptly on internet instead reaching us and trying to fix the problem. I know my sons have changed our agent because we are so disappointed on you. But it takes few days to process. Until then, you are still responsible for us as our agent. But you abandoned your duty to take care of your clients. Thats really unprofessional behavior especially for someone like you whos been working in service industry for so long.Its shame that our relationship ended this way. I liked your first impression and thought you were a trustworthy person. But I guess we never know a person until the end.[update by wooram]I indeed that is timeline of the actual event, except you intentionally skipped some events and changed them to your favor.December 2018 - Is there any reason for you to publicize the details of our accident in public? The accident details has nothing do with this issue. And that kind of information should remain only between agent and client. Yet you are broadcasting that kind of sensitive information. For what? To make us look bad? Wow, what a agent! Oh, and you forgot about the fact that the representative requested you to call us back.Sunday, 01/20/2019 - Again, not relevant. Denying their offer doesnt justify you for not giving us a single call for two business days and ignoring us. And the main reason I didnt proceed the claim is because my fathers injury is not fully diagnosed yet. Didnt you know? Of course you didnt! Because you refused to talk to us. Also the operator at the state farm SUGGESTED me to contact you for assistance.Not my idea.Monday, 01/21/2019- Beep! thats inaccurate opinions right there. First, Tiffany never said you are closed for the holiday. She said you are out of the office and very busy so I might not receive call back from you within the day. And she NEVER offered me to report the claim. Lynn did. I told Tiffany about our accident and asked two questions. She said its good questions but she was not so sure about the issues so Id better ask you since you have some expertise in that area. Also, she assured me that I will receive your call on early Tuesday morning if I dont have it end of Monday. Thats all about the conversation. Everything you said in this timeline is about the conversation between me and Lynn, not Tiffany. Please dont make up the story. Even if she offered me to report claim, that doesnt change anything, tho.Tuesday, 01/22/2019 - Dont skip the fact that I called you hours before that. I talked with Lynn over the phone at 8:30am. And emphasized that I have some other questions - other than the one that you can do nothing about - to discuss with you directly several times. Although she tried really hard to cut me off even after all that. And like I said, she didnt assure me your call back. I asked her for that. I asked her several times for estimate wait time but she refused to answer me. So I asked, can you at least assure me call back until end of today. She laughed at me and said yes I assure you. Didnt feel much assuring, tho.So this is the conclusion. On Monday morning, you knew you have call back request from state farm but ignored it. On Tuesday morning, you knew I called you at 8:30am and wanted to talk to you directly but once again you ignored it.Text limit. Check Yelp for the rest.

If you are just one of a liability customer like me, look for another agent. I spent 3 days trying to get some advice regarding my accident, but agent Rod Villamor was too busy to deal with other IMPORTANT customers. He couldnt even talk to me for few minutes over the phone.[update]First of all, WOW! that was fast reply. Im sure you really care about your reputation while you dont do same to a mere liability customer like me. Since you want accurate facts and details, here you go.Yes, my first contact to your office was Monday, 1/21. But I contacted state farm directly on 1/19. And the operator told me she handed over all the information regarding my issue to you and I can expect your call on early Monday. I waited your call on Monday morning but you didnt give me a call. I contacted your office. Tiffany? received call. She told me you are so busy and might not able to call me back within that day. But she assured me you will call me back on Tuesday (1/22) Morning. Btw, she was helpful, at least she actually tried to help me out.Today morning(Tuesday) I called your office as soon as it opened which was 8:30am. Because at this point I doubt on your sincerity so I didnt want to wait until you call me back. Lynn got my call and all she tried to do was cutting me off so that I dont waste your precious time. Even though I told her I need to discuss other things with you several times but she didnt listen. But after I asked her very nicely for couple of times, only then she told me you will give me a call back when you come in office which is 9ish. I waited until 11:15am. Still no call. I called your office again. Lynn told me you are in the office but talking to other customer.After all this you just decided to ignore me. You couldve just gave me a call and say Theres nothing I can do for you at this moment. although, like I mentioned several times, there were other questions that I need to ask you. YOUR ASSOCIATE IS NOT MY AGENT BUT YOU ARE. And as your customer, I think I have right to talk to my agent over the phone for couple of minutes. Dont you think so?Oh, and one more thing. Your associate didnt assure me you will call me back until end of today. Thats what I asked her for. Because she refused to give me estimated wait time. But clearly thats not going to happen because you had this much time to write all the sentences to defend your reputation but you have none to call me back.Anyways, so it doesnt seem like 3 days to you but in fact, technically it is to me. So I didnt establish any inaccurate opinion here.[update]I just found out you deleted all the details of our accident from your replies as I told you to. You know... before you deleted them you shouldve properly apologized to us for your immature behavior. Even though, how desperate you were to make yourself look like righteous, there is a line you shouldnt cross. Not just as an insurance agent with over 20 years of experience, but as a grown up moral human being.Again, publicizing any information should stay only between agent and client in public is very immoral and also illegal unlike dramatizing facts to your favor or asking for 5 star reviews.
