Chris was great in helping us get the vehicle we needed! The shuttle took 15 min from the airport. Once we got to the office everything was smooth sailing. Couldn’t be more pleased.

Terrible service after arriving from my flight I had to wait 2 hours before receiving my vehicle and leaving. Staff was unprofessional they were converting with each other instead of tending to customers. I do not recommend.

Smooth and easy experience, no surprises, will be renting here again.

HORRIBLE! waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick me and my party up from the airport. took another hour for them to give us the rental car. if you want to wait a long time for a rental by all means book them! because you will be waiting.

****WARNING**** Do not rent a vehicle with this company****WARNING**** Went on vacation and rented a vehicle with this company, we pay on-line for the rental in full. When i got there the charge me again for taxs, tolls and fees. I was okay with that, but when i return the vehicle and got back to SC . A day later i see the company has charge me again, but this time it was double the amount. Call the rental company in Puerto Rico and no one wanted to help or look at the charges. The person that I talk to told me that it was my fault and i should of look at the paper work. Also told me, we are not going to refund you any money and its not our problem that you pay for it on line, we are getting our money anyway. This company is very unprofessional and no one at this location will help at all. So WARNING to all travelers DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are going to charge you 2 or 3 time until they get there money... DO NOT RENT VEHICLE.

Theres no shuttle services to or from airport from this location, we had to Uber. Was hit with a $500 hold after paying online in full and providing our return itinerary & 2 govt IDs upon pickup, as stated in their fine print on their website. The lady argued that wasnt their policy. You get no refund so its either give them the $500 hold or lose your prepaid rental amount. The hold doesnt release within their stated timeframe. The vehicle we rented had a flea fogger can inside, which is gross. We were charged $7.95 per day for use of their toll access because the alternativee wouldve been &10 a day. Weve decided to never rent from this place again because the cons outweigh the pros. Were just satisfied because our vehicle was ready for pickup at the time of our arrival. Oh, and theres only 1 customer service rep for a line full of customers.

They might be smaller than the other places but they take care of your needs .

Toll option is overpriced. Car did ride very nicely.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, they will charge you upfront and will NOT have the car available and will tell you when you get there. Making it impossible to rent last minute from another place.

Horrible experience. Rent somewhere else. They promised us a car and when we got there to get it, oh! We dont have the car. After we made the reservation for it.

Total scam they never deliver the deposit and never answer the call customer service claims I hardly recommend theft of money

Dismal. I do not recommend it. They tell you a price online and when you arrive they add a lot of other things to pay for. From a total of $ 80 that I said on the internet that would cost me the reservation, when I arrived at the place they were charging me $ 250 (without adding the insurance that costs $ 500 more). Cancel right there before touching the car and they didnt give me back the money. Terrible service. I will never come back.

They do not have the cars at the promised time, but they must be delivered at the agreed time. There is no transportation from the airport to the facilities. You have to check the cars well because they have damage and they do not tell you. The front desk person is friendly but the manager has no idea what customer service is.
